I would give even more stars! I was very impressed with Dr. Gal !! She was friendly, made me feel at ease and explained things thoroughly in understandable terms. The waiting time was minimal even though waiting room was full. The staff was excellent, too. I highly recommend Dr Gal and her staff !!!

Dr Gal and his staff are extremely unprofessional. The first person I spoke to didn’t understand that my son needed to be seen as soon as possible and gave me an appointment days later. Then a day before my appointment they decided to call me to reschedule because doctor needed to leave by noon. The first person I spoke to was unprofessional but the second one was extremely rude and raised her voice when I asked her to give me another time. Never will I go there or refer anyone there

I visited Dr. Gal as a first-time patient when my downtown hospital could not accommodate me in reasonable time. I found her to be efficient, clear-thinking, decisive, and a good "explainer", but also personable and sensitive to my concerns. In one visit I had a scope, initial analysis, and an order for needed tests. I would highly recommend Dr. Gal!
