I used to really like going here but over the years it has changed. There's a lot of trying to upsell packages. One example, I went for a consultation for a treatment and as soon as the door closed the girl started to tell me how much she didn't like the treatment I wanted and she personally doesn't do them on anyone. She then tried to upsell another treatment 4x the cost. All this without ever looking at my skin, it was just her preference (my consultation was in a massage room dimly lite with us standing, weird) Also buyer beware on gift cards! They expire in one year and they never mentioned that when I purchased it. Now I lose out on my money and the spa got to keep it.

I would like to acknowledge the ladies at the front desk they were so welcoming as well as Olivia who did my service. She is very knowledgeable, kind, and professional! I would absolutely recommend her to anyone interested!

Nice and clean place. The staff is friendly but feel like Im doing most of the questions and the answers are vague. Wish services were explained better and didn't feel like i was pulling teeth. Il go again and give them a 3rd try

What an amazing experience. The ambiance is super cute. The staff, very friendly and knowledge. They gave us a tour and answered any questions we had. Very gentle and cares about your skin care journey. I will definitely be back again.

Update: I cannot say enough great things about this place! Recently got my first massage done here and it was with Rok. It was the best massage I’ve ever had! I’ve had about a dozen different massage therapists in my lifetime and he was hands down the best! Super knowledgeable especially because I have chronic lower back pain that was flaring up the night before. He offered suggestions and the back pain was completely gone during the whole massage which is crazy to me because it would hurt so bad to lay down. Highly recommend! Give them a try for all your spa needs! Very kind and accommodating. Also the place is very clean and láser results have been great!
