The medical staff is amazing but their front line is trash. Erica that answers the phones has a terrible attitude. Their entire front office staff makes any occasion to call a complete headache. If you need a quick appointment you will have to go in to schedule it. Go see your doctor at a different location. The staff in Tinley are awful.

I appreciate that I can get in to see a doctor pretty quickly with the office, and always have reasonable wait times to see the doctor even though it is a busy office.

Dr Campbell belittles you and talks to You as if you are an addict and seeking pills! After I finally left this office, I was seen by a caring physician who actually referred me to specialist and I’ve had 4 surgeries since leaving and being taken seriously. I live a much happier and healthier life when I left here!! #healednothurtbyhisegoandpride
