Meena Singh's Online Review Report Card

I had Dr Singh inject dermal filler. She refused to use the filler of my choice even though I have had the filler of my choice many times previous to seeing her in the spots I was requesting to be injected. I wanted restylane which was cheaper than juvederm . She just insisted she couldn’t use restylane because it may retain water and insisted she had to use the more expensive one, juvederm. Did I get the product I wanted or the areas I wanted to be injected? Absolutely not! I wasn’t going to argue with and trusted her expertise over my own experiences, bad choice on my part. I wanted injections in my lips, she wouldn’t do it, I wanted an indentation filled at the corner of my mouth which is where I always get injected using restalyne. Instead of injecting the small indentation she injected on the inside of my mouth not even close to where I wanted it and made my indentation worst and more visible by injecting around it and not in the indentation. So I didn’t get filled anywhere I’d requested. I look worst! I went back two weeks later for a follow up and pointed out the disappointment and her response was insisting I looked better in her opinion and she’d not be able to inject me again because she couldn’t please me. Sorry but this is my face not hers. I now have to go have the filler dissolved costing me even more money and done by someone who knows what they’re doing. She could have offered to dissolve the lump or inject the actual indentation because the mistake is obvious. Complete waste of a lot of my time and a lot of my money

My experience with this office and with Dr. Singh was unfortunately unpleasant after three office visits. I waited six months to get into her initially for hair loss concerns. Others have mentioned the rude staff in the office in other reviews-I would agree with this. Dr. Singh was overall curt, fast, and extremely arrogant in both live visits. I am in healthcare and understand what a caring doctor looks like. She did a biopsy of a spot on my head that "was concerning". Showed up to have stiches removed and was told she was out sick and "why are you even here". They could have called. At redo appointment, again asked "why are you here". Dr. Singh came into room with four other nurses and began peppering me with hair loss treatments. Again curt and fast. So fast my head was spinning. Left there so confused about treatment options and pricing from $300-$16,000 with "no good data" to support one over another. To me this place is in it for the cash and her behavior supports.

To me this place is in it for the cash and her behavior supports this. Maybe she is having a bad end of 2021 as time are hard for everyone. But treatment like this is unacceptable and her arrogance is astonishing. My personal dermatologist confirmed this after I told him what had taken place. He laughed and said he hears this all the time of her and that practice. Buyer beware!

I think Dr. Singh is excellent, but it is always a struggle to get prescriptions called in properly and in a timely manner. Her staff is very slow and unreliable at responding to calls from patients and pharmacies.

Previous reviews about being rushed, unheard, not cared for were true. It's become very hard to find a doctor that truly cares about getting to know your medical history and issues. Until then, expect to find very little help. So disappointed here.

I could not get through the appointment scheduler who is EXTREMELY rude & unprofessional. As I explaining why you want to be seen, the representative cuts you off. Then I was told that Dr.Singh does not see standard dermatology patients. Then I was transferred three times but placed on hold each time. The staff is EXTREMELY rude, the office mgr " Shannon" is equally unhelpful. I DO NOT recommend that anyone waste their time here, especially when Dr. Singh is not even seeing most dermatology issues. TERRIBLE STAFF & UNPROFESSIONAL.

Dr Singh performs surgery without proper follow up and suture removal. This practice is patient abandonment and malpractice in nature. This practice leaves patient health and safety at risk of infection and disease.

Drove my wife across town because she was highly recommended by my wife's regular dermatologist. We arrived for a 10:45 appt at 10:20. After an hour and a half, we found out from the staff that Dr. Singh came in late and all her morning appts were running late. 6 other patients were also waiting. The doctor apparently lacks respect for the value of her patient's time.

Dr. Singh is very skilled, knowledgeable and helpful, and I highly recommend her. However, Dr. Singh needs an office manager who understands what medical responsibility and ethics look like. I have left messages for the nurse with questions or the refill line when a prescription was expired, and never, yep, read that, never, got calls back. This has happened three times in almost three years, so it is not an isolated experience. It is so frustrating.

I brought my grandson to Dr. Meena office , my grandson had eczema so bad it was crazy after 4 days of of prescribed medicated facial creme my grandson face and body was cleared up he’s been struggling with bad eczema since birth, Im so glad I finally found Dr.Meena Singh , I’ve been to several Drs to no prevail ... Thank you Dr.Meena I was starting to feel helpless.You are the help we needed ... ❤️
