Dr Chan has been nothing but wonderful. She was super attentive to details, took time to actually listen to me. Often times I feel rushed in various doctor’s offices but not with her. She is actually one of those rare “thinking” doctors that does not rely solely on test results and rushes you off but tries to look at the problem holistically. Highly recommended!

I’ve had worst experience with dr.chen. It was 15 min late for her appointment and she refused me to see her due to new covid-19 policy. Even worst was that they didn’t let me inside building. I’ve sat in doctor office for 30 min waiting for my appointment before is it fair if I was 15 minutes late my doctor cancelled my appointment. And also staff was so rude and very unfriendly I was offended indeed. I would rated 0 star

This was the worst experience I have ever had. I’ve been with the same OBGYN for 17 years, but we moved so I had to switch. Dr Chan treated me rude and had the worst bedside manner. I immediately made an appt with my old OBGYN. She is worth the hour and a half drive. I would not recommend anyone to this Dr.
