I've been taking my son here for 6years and my recently my newborn, never had a problem till now. If you miss an appointment because they have wrong contact information they charge you $50. They are the only practice I've ever seen hold a credit card on file so they can make automatic payments. Which they will do, medical bills included. There's no regard for your account balance either so you better have lots of money set aside!! Because they do not care about that. Also, if you have an order of protection regardless of you showing it to them, which you do not have to legally, they still will willingly give out your son's information to the one person who is a danger to him. The person who shouldn't make contact now knows where my son goes to school, as well as all his medical information, and my information as well including my phone number. I have never in my life seen such negligence in a practice. I would not recommend bringing your child here. And don't even call to remedy the situation the staff is all horrible with customer service unless you get the one European receptionist who is the only one that has sense she'll help you but she's the only one. The rest sound like it's their first day and give a you know what. I'm removing both of my children from this practice and will never ever ever ever go back. Horrible. Your practice should be absolutely ashamed.

Excellent Dr visit . She spent 45 minutes with my child. Asked lots of questions and answered all my questions.
My children (3) have all been with Dr. Laufter at Premier Pediatrics for 7 years, and I truly cannot say enough amazing things about her! She is incredible, she is kind, and she talks to my kids and makes everything comfortable for them and their visits. I've never once felt uncomfortable asking a question. My kids actually look forward to going to the pediatrician!
Do not go here, you will eventually regret it. The nurse was new and terribly inadequate . Too much to explain, but a positive HIV result. The protocol they have in place is horrible. We went through 5 days of hell for the results from an outside lab. It was user error. It will not be removed from his chart. This will impact him for the rest of his life. Go with your teen to any appointments at this facility. I'm still wondering the purpose of a naked cannonball on the exam table.
My daughter had a sick visit with Dr. Ward. We liked her so much I scheduled our yearly appointments with her. Unfortunately I received a call yesterday from the office manager saying we wouldn't be a good fit for the office and need to cancel my appointment due to not receiving a flu shot and HPV at 11years old. I spoke with 2 different women, I'm not sure which one was ruder! I think I dodged a bullet here!
Dr. Oppenheim’s hand shook so bad when he was giving my 1 year a throat scan I had to tell him to stop. Dr. Ward is very nice, however be warned, they are against patient’s right of choice. If you do not submit your children to all vaccines, shots, flu shots, etc they kick you out of their practice.
I'm so disappointed and concerned about the care my son received at this location. We went in for a sick visit because our normal pediatricians office (newly owned by Dr. Friedman) was full so my son saw Dr. Oppenheim in VH, this Dr was awful at diagnosing my child and explaining to me what was going on with my sons health. Instead , Dr. Oppenheim said my 11 yr old child looked punky and spent about 5-7 min after my sons exam just typing in his laptop rather than discussing my sons care to me. I've never received such awful care for any of my 3 children. We Will never go back to this location ever again.
After my kids’ pediatrician retired a couple of years ago I was not able to find a good practice. Finally, I found one! Friendly staff and knowledgeable doctors!
Dr Friedman did a great job with my 15 year old son. He was very thorough, seemed caring, and provided us with tips and advise which will help my son. I was very happy with how the visit went.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
