Athletico Physical Therapy's Online Review Report Card

I highly recommend this place if you need physical therapy. Gail the receptionist is super friendly and the therapists know what they are doing. I decided to stop my sessions before I was completely healed because they showed me enough to manage the remainder of my therapy on my own and I wasn’t in very bad pain. Hopefully I don’t have to go back but if I need therapy again I will go here.

Athletico Villa Park is a great place to go for your recovery. The staff are very kind and treat you nicely and it feels like I’m seeing my friends every time I go for my physical therapy. Michael and Lillian are very knowledgeable and skilled physical therapists and provide helpful information and are there for you during your recovery. Gayle is the sweetest person there, and she manages everything greatly.

Since I am no stranger to injuries, so I’ve had quite a bit of physical therapy. However, this means I gotten the opportunity to get to know Michael and the rest of the team at Athletico. They are kind and knowledgeable, and they go above and beyond to help you in every way they can. I cannot say enough positive things about this location! Thank you!

I've been trying to find a PT clinic, and called to schedule a consultation. Gayle went out and beyond to find a clinic closer to me that would work best for my availability. I cannot express enough gratitude for her taking the time to extensively assist someone who isn't even their own patient.

The staff was so kind and always welcomed you as if it was your first day. They make sure to check in on you and see if there is any progress or exercises that you need help with. Lillian and Michael are great therapists and very knowledgeable! Gayle does everything to make sure your insurance/schedule is in order so you can focus on the therapy instead of worrying about anything else- plus she is the kindest person hands down!

Kind, respectful and extremely knowledgeable, Michael, Lilian, Gayle and the rest of the staff at the Villa Park Athletico were great to work with. After putting physical therapy off for years, I was unsure of what to expect. Immediately, I could tell how welcoming, and patient-centered this place was. They made it somewhere I enjoyed going to work on the neck problem I was having. As my main therapist, Michael explained to me what was going on with my neck and always included me in the planning and goal-setting of my treatment. He quickly analyzed my situation to get to the root of the problem and coached me through exercises that I struggled with. Even though my neck had hurt for years, I was amazed at the progress in both pain and mobility after my treatment. Most importantly, the staff here care about the people they work with. This is crucial because it’s not always easy. After only a couple of months,I can’t believe how much better my neck is. Thank you all!

Everyone is very kind and knowledgeable! I felt welcome and heard about my concerns. I went in with shoulder and back pain and now I feel much stronger within 3 months. Manual work was helpful for my recovery and I learned exercises I could do at home. I didn’t feel rushed at my appointments and scheduling wasn’t a hassle. Definitely would recommend the facility and the folks here!

I've been with this clinic of and on for 3 years now. I've had serious shoulder rehab and knee surgery rehab. The manager Michael has been my main therapist, with Lillian working on me occasionaly. They have been phenominal. Their expertise and attitude is top notch. Thanks to them I have healed perfectly. I would highly recommend this office.

I was seeing a chiropractor for issues and pain., Ended up going to the doctor., he recommended physical therapy. I had much more improvement in a few weeks going to physical therapy, than I did in months, of going to a chiropractor. Michael and Lillian, where great! and Gayle was always very helpful, with my scheduling. Happy to have been a patient.
