I am 100% sold on Ivy rehab. I lost strength in my right arm after a Pinched nerve that lasted a week left me feeling pretty helpless. The movements they had me doing were completely foreign to me but I am now incorporating them into my daily routine prior to workouts. They fixed things in my right shoulder that years of CrossFit had wrecked leaving me injured often. This was also my first experience with dry needling and I am 100% sold on it It woke up sleeping muscles and I could feel the nerves reacting almost immediately. Its pretty amazing Great place great people. Top notch environment
