I went to Dr Skelley years ago, switched when I had babies, and now I’m back since I’m done with that part of life. She’s as pleasant as she was years ago. She always has a smile on her face and takes her time explaining everything.

My name is LaToshia Powell. I haven't been to Dr. Skelly's new offices. She was my doctor when I was pregnant with my oldest son in 1999. She delivered him by cesarean on October 11, 1999 at Belleville Memorial Hospital. In October 2000, I got pregnant again. She delivered my 2nd son on July 3, 2001. I remember her telling me that she was pregnant herself as we entered the OR. And last but not least, she delivered my only daughter on November 18, 2002. That was also the day she tied my tubes. I tried to get an appointment with her back in 2014 and I was told by her receptionist that she no longer accepts Medicaid. I have since moved to Iowa. She was a great OB/GYN. I wish her well.
