Wonderful Doctor! I am so very disappointed that she is not with Owensboro Health anymore. I am a Veteran and she was the ONLY Doctor that got my pain specialist to help relieve my pain. She even saved me from having another stroke with her medical guidance. Such a huge loss for Owensboro Health and patients in Owensboro that she isn’t available anymore.

I LOVE Dr. Lorenzo & her Office Staff! I have only been a patient for a little over a year & I wish I would have found her sooner after seeing another Neurologist for several years. The Office Staff is very professional & KIND! I never have to wait long in the Waiting Room or Exam Room to be taken back/seen. Dr. Lorenzo explains things in a way easy to understand & is an advocate for me. I could go on & on about her & her Staff but space does not allow.

Dr. Lorenzo completely missed my diagnosis. She looked at my images, jumped to a conclusion about the cause, ordered several tests that were not indicated. Had she actually examined me, she might have identified the correct problem. As it was, I spent more months and more dollars before finally getting an accurate diagnosis from another doctor.

After several thousand spent on tests I was left with no answers to what was causing many problems I am having. I felt like I had been pushed aside because my diagnosis was not easily found.

To begin with, this is the most efficient doctor's office I have ever experienced. All of the staff was efficient and timely, but also friendly and helpful. They invariably run on time and yet the doctor takes lots of time with her patients. During multiple visits, she was always thorough in her exam and reviewing test results. She also takes plenty of time to explain things in a way that is understandable without talking down. She is the model of what a doctor should be.
