Dr. Jennifer Bellucci-Jackson is by far the most uncaring & rudest doctor I have ever encountered in my life! As the great granddaughter of the former head of Rush Hospital I am utterly discussed by Dr. Jennifer Bellucci-Jackson's treatment of patients. I was dealing with a very serious health issue & called to speak with her. After being on hold she cussed me out & hung up on me yet, I was being polite. Then she followed by having the office manager change my state insurance plan at the time without my consent & then drop me as a patient while pregnant as well. Illegal!!! Her office also never helped any of my health issues...just prescribed things over & over again because they're all about the money & kick backs they get.

I love a Doctor who will actually listen to the patients before telling them what's wrong with them or telling them that they (the patient) is not the doctor, they are! Kate is the best and really does listen and care about her patients!

The personal is so rude, I used to go here a couple years ago and I changed my kids doctor because in this place the office was so dirty, personal so rude and my child has asthma and this doctors always said “it is a virus”. I called today looking for a vaccine record and as always the receptionist so rude tell me to looking for it at my daughter’s school and hang up, I don’t recommend this place.

Dr. Jackson treated me for an abcess/infection. It was cancer. She never even looked at it. Do not go to this terrible dr.
