Too hard to connect w/the doctor ! Calls are being transferred from one office to another ! Staff are really not do helpful that’s the agony of having too many offices. Takes time to refill a prescription , will use this dr for now but have to look for a better one who responds fast to My needs being a 73 yr old man

Totally inconsiderate and lousy bedside manner. Very unprofessional, office staff cannot/will not follow through with transfer of medical records. Still waiting on records transfer to different state going on 3 months. Do Not use this doctor.

My HMO gave her as my primary doctor. She’s ok however her staff is ridiculous. I moved here from another state. I needed a new Psychiatrist and therapist. The referral lady never received them. Then when I got the approvals they told me the therapist was a psychiatrist, he was a therapist who’s retiring and not taking new patients. Then you call the psychiatrist and you get a recording and you can’t leave a message. I called for 4 hours to no avail. I switched to a new primary hope that goes better.

Very patient, caring physician. She takes time to listen and explain any questions/concerns. She makes sure the patient understands care plan.

Had blood test a month ago, still don't know the results a month later. Second time this has happened now. Thanks for the added anxiety from keeping me in suspense. May not be back.

She meets all my need. Listen to my concerns and make sure I understand them. Since I have know her over 6 years my diabetes is under control from 13 to 6.8.
