I have no idea what everyones issue is with this clinic. I've had nothing but great experiences. The Drs are amazing and kind. The staff is great and very personable. I never have issues scheduling my appts. Front desk girls could use a little extra training with how they greet people but that's about it. Overall great experiences.

I have my 4 month olds pediatrician here and every time we come it’s always quick and easy. Dr. Rosario is so helpful since I’m a new parent and I love coming here. There’s too many bad reviews of this place. If you are looking for a good pediatrician come here!

IVE BEEN GOING TO ERIE FOR A COUPLE OF YEARS NOW AND I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED ANY OF WHAT OTHER PEOPLE WRITE ON THE REVIEWS. THE STAFF IS NICE AND THE DOCTORS ARE AMAZING. I HAVE HAD NO ISSUES AT ALL. PEOPLE COMPLAIN ABOUT THE WAIT TIMES AND HOW THEY HAVE TO SIT THERE AND WAIT. WHAT ELSE DO YOU EXPECT THATS NORMAL EVERYWHERE YOU GO NOTHING IS NEW ABOUT THAT.I KNOW THAT PEOPLE ARE VERY IMPATIENT AND DONT TEND TO GIVE THE STAFF ENOUGH CREDIT FOR DEALING WITH YOU, ITS ALL ABOUT THE CUSTOMER BEING RIGH.DR.WITHCMAN IS A VERY GOOD DOCTOR AND SHE WILL BE STRAIGHT UP WITH YOU ON ANYTHING THAT YOU HAVE OR YOUR KIDS HAVE AND SHE WILL GIVE YOU THE BEST ADVISE TO GO FOWARD WITH YOUR HEALTH. I GIVE DR.WITHCMAN AND THE WHOLE STAFF 5 STARS BECASUE THEY ARE A GOOD TEAM TO WORK WITH.I SEEN THAT OTHER PEOPLE COMPLAIN ABOUT BEING LATE, WHY ARE YOU COMING IN THE FIRST PLACE, WHY DONT YOU TAKE IT UPON YOURSELFS TO LEAVE EARLIER IF YOU KNOW YOUR GOING TO ARRIVE LATE.ANYWAYS OVERALL THE ERIE HEALTH CARE IS A REALLY GOOD PLACE TO GO TO FOR ANYTHING THAT YOU MIGHT HAVE CONCERN OF.

Very poor medical care, beautiful facilities and care protocols, but poor medical knowledge and experience, most are students who come to the clinic for only months, they do not care about your health, as they know that they go for a short time, they will not fall responsibility Asolupt in them, so you only serve as practice for the great corporation of Lake Forest Hospital and that they practice with you to treat the patient tycoons of Lake Fores Hospital, the most expensive in the nation. Not go please. I hop you girl better.

I am patient and have my Doctor. It has been two times they cancel. And I had too wait 4 months. It is very important for my health, and day before they cancel. Had to wait 30 min for them to respond on phone. Very bad service!

Horrible place, the states needs to shut them down! Long waits they don’t answer the phone , they cancel appointments, they lose medical records. State needs to step in
