North Wayne Pediatrics's Online Review Report Card

We absolutely love Dr. Gruczynski and his staff! They are so welcoming and polite when we arrive for check in. They are always on time, if you have an appointment for a set time, you are in the room at that time. I’ve been to doctors offices where at my appointment time, I’d still be sitting in the waiting room. Dr. Gruczynski is amazing and my kids love him. He handles my children with care. If I ever have a medical question I call and Dr. Gruczynski calls back immediately. If you ever need to schedule a sick appointment the day of, his staff are always there to help get you in even if they are booked! Great doctor and staff!

Very rude that doctor all he cares is about Money !!!! And that office only takes vaccines patients how rude is that !!!! Over priced and rude !!! This place should close down !!!

I would recommend Dr. G to any new mother in the local area. He is the best pediatrician for my boy/girl twins. Dr. G’s personality is kind, gentle, caring and professional. I find his medical opinion to be outstanding. He is a straight forward doctor who gets right to the point, always following up with effective and sound medical advice. His office appointments are easy to make with the desk staff. When you arrive, your appointment time slots are efficient and you never have to wait long. Dr. G spends ample time with his patients and truly listens to every question and concern with patience and grace. If you are looking for a pediatrician, please keep him in mind. You will not be disappointed and your children will be well-cared for.

Receptionist is rude!!! Any question you ask her, she asks "Why do you want to know?" She gave her name as Eva... dont know if it's her real name, but if this doctor cherishes his business and his patients, he needs to get rid of this front desk lady. She has an Eastern European accent, if that helps narrow it down to which one of the front desk people she is.

Apparently you are only a certain amount of characters in your review . In my previous review I wrote how throughly happy I am with Dr G. The reasoning to actually put a review was the fact I happened upon a review of Dr G that was not quite accurate. I know this because I was in the office at the time. Sarah ‘s review was not quite accurate. She was very irate while I sat in the waiting room with my child, at all times Dr G and the staff was extremely calm. This was about a bill, not how Dr G attended to her children. Her direct quote was she loved the way he attended to her children. It was extremely upsetting to the parents and children in the waiting room, to witness this attack on Dr G. She should have asked for a private meeting to discuss her bill. I am sure this would have been granted. My daughter is now 13 as I stated earlier. I would not pick any other pediatrician for my daughter. So please if you are looking for a pediatrician keep Dr G in your thoughts.

Been seeing Dr. G since my first was born over 14 years ago. Amazing Dr and amazing staff! Never had to wait for an appointment or long in the office. Huge bonus! Dr. G is the Best!!!

Dr. Gruczynski, sole practitioner at North Wayne Pediatrics, was the pediatrician to my two children from when they were born at Chilton until ages 4 years and 23 months old. As a physical I respect his medical advice and agree with his care. Often short and to the point he stood by his decisions and is confident. That said, I wouldn’t have ever imagined severing ties after four years over my request for clarification over an invoice. First and foremost, as I write this, they owe me money (I have a credit with them) – I ALWAYS PAID WHATEVER THEY REQUESTED. Their invoicing is very disorganized and hard to decipher and often unpredictable. When I would ask for clarification the billing manager would immediately become argumentative, loud and embarrassing. After one of these occurrences, Dr. Gruczynski called me to reprimand me for questioning their invoicing and I explained but it didn’t resolve much. I dreaded going into the office and unfortunately this scenario where I am confused about their method of recording charges/payments/balance due and initiating dialog to discuss turns into the billing manager coming unglued and confused. The receptionists often would roll their eyes in distain for how the billing person behaved and often apologized to me for her behavior. To mitigate issues with this women I began writing upon each visit for more than our co-pay; I wrote checks for the full amount of service. Hundred/s of dollars at a time. And I carried a credit. Our last appointment; my child has an appointment and I arrive holding an invoice I received in the mail that morning which is configured like an unsolved Rubix’s Cube with the obligatory check in hand. I ask for clarification and the billing manger begins arguing. I am not saying much and I am certainly minding the tone of my voice. Long story short, Dr. Gruczynski comes out and reprimands me for having an issue with their bill, I asked him if he understood the documents, his office’s billing/invoicing documents and he said “no”. At this point my husband is fuming, I am in tears, my 4 year old is crying and I offered to leave at which point the doctor agreed and we mutually agreed to not return to his office. I am devastated that after four years and ALWAYS paying whatever they asked (and more) this doctor would stop caring for my children. As a result of this incident, I now have zero respect for Dr. Gruczynski as a medical professional or person of my community.
