Centerstone's Online Review Report Card

So I have to admit centerstone wasnt my first option to attend. But I decided to give it a try. I have been going for almost 3 years now and I absolutely love it. They let me set the tone for what I want to work on. And have patience when I am too scared to dive into my trauma.Now I am also in early headstart program. And my home visitor has done nothing but been awesome! Love love my baby so much and she does so well!I definitely would recommend trying it out!

Stay away from this place, especially Deb Slikkers they don't care about clients, if you tell them your sucidal they ask why haven't you done it yet your still here? Since the joined up with Tennessee that place has gone downhill, before that it was a great place.

Terrible place to work for from my experience. I worked there from April 20th 2017 to June 16th 2017 as a Crew Supervisor. I went through hirelevel a staffing agency. Hirelevel is terrible, could never get my pay checks straighten out. Some of my pay checks were short hours because I guess they can't count. Centerstone is terrible. You can't really operate the equipment if you aren't strong enough to because their equipment is out of date and junk. The boss at the school probably needs to be replaced by someone who will actually do their job and not call off for a damn concert. I don't recommend this job at all unless you wanted to be treated like a slave after a month of being there and they pick favorites and what not.

Unbelievable. I was considering becoming a patient. It became clear very quickly that they are just wanting to make money with little concern of the actual health of patients. I see no evidence, in my experience alongside my partner's treatment, that they have actually helped. It is DANGEROUS to prescribe medication without a significant amount of reason to do so. It is DAMAGING to medicate first instead of allowing the body to become regulated and neutral/balanced. Water fountains were all broken... WATER IS LIFE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

There s joke. Took drug test came back I did some kind of drug I have never takenSo how is a person to prove they didn't do it when they won't redo test. There a joke!!!!!

It has been 5 months I still have not seen an actual sychiatrist or prescribed medication... Two "counsellors" have diagnosed me as borderline... I do not remotely fit the perameters of this conclusion... They jumped to this after initially diagnosing me bipolar... In one meeting! I recommend to go elsewhere like a family physician unless court ordered... Unfortunately they took so long processing my help requests for severe anxiety and depression, I now am... Stay away from this place...

First, you won't see your therapist for at least two visits, but they're happy to charge you as if you did. The intake involved them taking an invasive inventory of my personal issues. It required that I reveal how many guns are in my home and where they are kept. It also required that I submit to a urinalysis. Just for a background, I have extensive experience being in the mental health care system over the last 20 years. NEVER have I ever been asked to submit to a drug test accept when I was an inpatient. What's more the intake person said "This doesn't look like urine" when I carried it back to her through halls filled with other patients. The inquisitorial nature of the intake caused me to feel like a criminal. cancel my business with them. FYI: I passed the drug test... because I don't do drugs. Which they'd already asked me and didn't believe my answer.
