I saw Doctor Boniquit this week about knee pain. She took a substantial amount of time with me to address the situation and informed me of short and long term treatment options. She answer numerous questions thoroughly. She recommended a treatment and we have a plan of action to help improve my situation. I saw Dr. Boniquit a few years ago about tennis elbow and she was very helpful then as well. I am very glad that I can see her and get her assistance. I highly recommend her.

Dr. was very thorough. Understood my concerns and explained my options and her opinion on treatment in clear and understandable terms. I did not feel like one out of fifty patients for her that day. She took time and focused on what I was saying instead of rushing through an exam and giving a generic opinion. Dr. and her Assistant were very professional, personable and made me feel at ease with what the exam was going to entail. I fully recommend Dr. for others with Orthopedic issues.

Brought my daughter to see Dr. Bonoquit for a sports I jury. Dr. Boniquit took the time to listen and did a thorough exam to determine the extent of the injury. She prescribed treatment and follow up appointments.

Dr. Nicole Levy was prompt, focused, and very professional. She’s obviously an accomplished doctor in her field as she listened closely to my symptoms and made what appears to be an accurate diagnosis. Her decision to immediately pursue a conservative course of treatment seems to be working. The pain I was experiencing was relieved almost immediately and it’s the best my knee has felt in three months.

Westchester office very disorganized. Also didn’t see much social distancing by staff. I was not impressed with Dr. Levy, she may seem knowledgeable but she did nothing but order tests and provided no answers or relief. Rush ortho and rush are not the same. Information that took me an hour to fill out wasn’t used and same questions were asked multiple times. It would be helpful for a dr to actually look at notes before coming in to repeat. Also... I don’t mind a conservative approach, but I felt as if she was treating me as I was a drug dealer when I don’t take any narcotics and never have. Most definitely not impressed again. Rush is really losing its competency and also quality of physicians.
