Soft-spoken Dr. Munn is kind, explains a diagnosis in an easily understood manner, and gives his assurance as to the procedure best suited for the diagnosis. Questions are always answered in an easy-to-understand way.

Horrible mean person who either is not happy with his life or should not be a DR treating patients. My mom had 2 visits with this guy and was a waste of our time. Had no answers or suggestions told us to go see someone else. Mom has very severe pain due to osteoarthritis. Would never ever recommend this guy to anyone!

The first visit was okay that was 2020 as I can continue to see this man it's like he dismissed my concerns and my pain made me feel like he didn't care or didn't want to know what was going on with me talked over me and around me like I couldn't or didn't understand anything that he said on the times that I would go to see him all he did was tell me to hold my hands up and he looked at them and said everything was fine when I was in pain and he just dismissed it I say stay away from this man he needs to retire I've been reading reviews and I see that I'm not alone in this d u l y needs to get rid of this man

Dr. Munn was wonderful. He spent so much time with me during my initial visit. He answered all of my questions in a calm, professional manner, putting me at ease.

I had an appointment scheduled for an evaluation. My appointment was cancelled the day of because "He doesn't treat fibromyalgia." I DO NOT have a diagnosis of fibromyalgia. My PCP wrote a referral for an evaluation. Dr. Munn assumed I had fibromyalgia, and cancelled my appointment because "He doesn't do that". Dr Munn didn't bother to see, or speak, to me for an evaluation. No blood work, no tests, nothing. Dr. Munn did not look at my chart at all before refusing to see me. I checked the records. I was told to see physical therapy instead and I was never given the chance to explain my symptoms. Dr. Munn had his receptionist tell me he wouldn't be treating me instead of doing it himself. Dr. Munn is an irresponsible and negligent physician who would rather act on his own prejudice. I do not recommend this doctor at all, especially if you are a woman presenting with any kind of pain. I have never had a physician do this to me before. The blatant discrimination is abhorrent.

The worst and mean doctor . Stay away from him

I've been seeing Dr. Munn ever since I was diagnosed with RH back in 2014. His treatment has always been solid for me and he's always super pleasant to me, even when I'm running late for appointments. It's not easy having RH, but I've responded well to his treatment and he always seems open minded about trying different approaches. I think he's a good guy, level-headed, and a solid professional.

The worst Dr. ever! Had a bad day, dismissed me and Dupage Medical Group backed him up. Very discriminatory. BEWARE! He needs to retire. When you can’t treat people well find something else to do. Didn’t even examine me and told me I was fine.

Dr. Munn was the first rheumatologist I visited, and since my primary doctor did not issue a formal referral, he acted like I shouldn't have been there, but my insurance doesn't require formal referrals so that's why my Dr didn't submit one. The meeting was awkward and I felt like he didn't listen to the few things I said, nor did he provide ANY helpful information or advice other than the fact I needed more testing. When I asked him a specific question about a test he answered back with a rude remark. I'm not someone to leave low reviews out of spite - honestly he was incredibly rude and I would not recommend him to anyone.
