I made an appointment with Dr. Drugas and was very disappointed when I went to her office. I would not recommend going to this doctor. She was rude, uncaring, and unable to provide the services that I was promised over the phone. I was told that she would be able to prescribe my medications but she then told me that she won’t due to “not knowing what that medication was” which is honestly ridiculous as a medical professional.

I made an appointment with Dr. Drugas and was completely disappointed when I went to her office. I would not recommend going to this doctor. She was rude, uncaring, and unable to provide the services that I was promised over the phone. Dr. Drugas did not apologize for her staff's incompetency and errors. She was not caring or concerned. I would characterize the whole experience as extremely unprofessional and negative.

Dr. Drugas is great, but I have an ongoing problem with labs she requested for me. Labcorp was not given my proper billing information and now they are sending the bill to me personally. I have called on this twice supposedly the billing office has no record of my call as per Mary on 8/2/2021. I sent the bill to the office and it went in the circular file I guess? What no inter office mail? If a doctor calls for labs is it not their responsibility to update my billing information which they have on file to Labcorp, not necessarily her but her billing department. This is the only problem I have had with her office, I like her as a doctor but this is starting to get me angry! The billing department is giving me the run around, I wish they would just do their job!

We have been seeing Dr. Drugas for 25+ years. She knows the family well and has been there in times of need.

We did not have a good experience. This was our first visit. We were not given a proper examination because we did not have our immunization records. Although, I do not disagree with their policy, I was not told that I had to bring it prior to our visit. Of course, we were charged for the doctor visit, and I had to go elsewhere to be treated for strep.

I had a routine physical in 1997 and Dr. Drugas found a lump on my throat as she was examining me. Her care for her patients is genuine. She has been my doctor since 1993. Dr. Drugas provides excellent care.
