Dr. Ertle is an incredibly intelligent doctor. He answered every question I asked perfectly. He took care of two problems I had that had previously been handled by other physicians with no results. Perfect results from Dr. Ertle - I am a new client forever and I have already recommended him to others.

It was exciting to see a derm with a same day appt. Now I understand why he's available. He's likely got a lot of free time because he just dismisses his patients. Rushes in. Doesn't look at your skin. I started explaining my symptoms and he started shaking his head. I went to show him something on my skin, he told me he didnt need to see it. Refused any testing. Gave me a coupon for lotion. I happened to look at my chart as I had a different referral I had been waiting months for and realized he diagnosed me as Delusional and that was all my chart history at Rush says. I went for a second opinion and the very concerns Dr Ertle couldn't appreciate were validated and are being treated. My new doctor accidentally found cancer markers in the workup that could have been run months earlier by Dr Ertle! I thank God I advocated and didn't listen to Dr Ertle. I asked for new referrals and cancelled all appts at Rush after that. Very disappointing experience. Never again.
