My primary Doctor recommended Dr. Ross as I needed new cardiologist closer to home. I am very pleased with his expertise and knowledge and his bedside manner is fantastic..He never rushes you out takes his time and answers all your questions..Highly reccomend..

mY MOTHER WAS A PATIENT OF dR ROSS AND SHE HAD afib. sHE WAS NEVER GIVEN THE OPTION OF TAKING A BLOOD THINNER TO AVOID A STROKE. IN DECEMBER 2019 SHE SUFFERED A MASSIVE STROKE AND IS PARALYZED ON HER LEFT SIDE. SHE IS MOVING FROM REHAB TO REHAB IN ORDER TO COME HOME WITH A CAREGIVER. I WAS NEBVER TOLD OF HER AFIB. I ATTENDED IN APPOINTMENTS FOR OVER 2 YEARS . IF DR ROSS WOULD HAVE GIVEN MY MOM MORE TREATMENT OPTIONS OR TOLD HER THE SERIOUSNESS OF HER CONDITION OR MYSELF I WOULD HAVE TAKEN HER TO NORTHWESTERN OR RUSH OR BOTH FOR ANOTHER OPINION MAYBE THE STROKE COULD HAVE BEEN AVERTED OR AT LEAST I WOULD HAVE KNOWN AND TRIED MY BEST

We went to doctor Ross's office today for a follow-up visit from my father's recent hospital stay, we were seen by Dr Ross's nurse practitioner Carrie lofton, as usual I was impressed with the level of expertise and fantastic communication skills and caring delivered by this Dr's office , nothing but good to say here, this office should be used as a model for ALL Dr's offices, ALL of the staff are polite, courtious and do their jobs extremely well. Thank you for taking such good care of my father!

He performed a procedure in the hospital to test the heart through inserting a device through my parent's esophagus. He ended up causing an abrasion. The hospital ran many tests to determine it was only an abrasion and not a puncture. The patient could only intake clear liquids and puree foods for a week. He did not contact the patient or come onsite at the hospital during these tests. It wasn't until a family member called him on his after hours telephone did we talk with him about what occurred. Please be careful with this procedure and this doctor's lack of communication and appears experience.
