The gentleman gave my mom a 90 min massage, her body was tense and in knot, he relieved all the tension in her body. thank you. We will come back.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at this massage spa. The massage room was particularly clean. The massage therapist (woman was a high top hair cut— works Saturday evenings) was highly unprofessional and appeared to be untrained. She did not use the correct techniques and seemed unfamiliar with basic practices, such as properly draping the client to ensure privacy. This made the entire session uncomfortable and far from relaxing. I left her a tip, for effort but I probably should not have done that. I would not recommend this spa based on my experience.

Horrible experience. I spoke to a man in a blue bubble vest that couldn't properly communicate or tell me about the services. I called twice before I came and was never told that acupuncture was by appointment only.The first time I came I called to see what time they closed and I was told 8pm. I got there at 7pm and they were closed already. The second time I came is when I found out I needed an appointment so I just got a regular massage. The man got an attitude because I asked him to focus on my leg. He started applying hard pressure and I kept hollering light pressure light pressure and squirming from the pain. When I couldn't take it anymore he just stopped and walked away. He also took his own tip out of money without handing me back all my change and waiting for me to give it to him. I will never return.

I have been coming here for a few months normally a great place to go and average prices I normally go to Jill today I walk in the owner tells me my regular person is available in 2 hrs but she can do it for me, no problem because she has before Turns out she sends somebody else into the room Who I swear has never given a massage in their life She comes into the room about ten minutes later asked me if it was good I told her no During the massage she told me she was going to start the time over.So she proceeds to do it herself during thsage She tells me that she is going to start the time over 5 mins later she says she done And sends me out the door I think they definitely could have taken care of a person who comes every other week for months now. I also run a business and I treat every customer. With respect and Courtesy so I expect the same in return.so after months I return to have them tell me they are both taking lunch together I guess my money isn't good enough
