Had an appointment twice and both times they were hours behind with no call ahead or warning. When I asked if they could call me when the doctor was ready (I live 3 minutes away), they said that wasn’t an option. Very unprofessional and poor time management for a doctor that “helps” with anxiety. Elsewhere I go! Thanks for nothing!

Never returns emails on my chart. Called 5 times for urgent message for my Mother ( who passed away) nobody called me back for 2 weeks. You can never get to talk to your Doctor or anyone who knows what they are doing. The nurses take messages but never deliver them to Dr. Scruggs. Have be going to DuPage Medical group for over 20 years and the service you get now is totally unacceptable. Duly or Dr. Scruggs value there clients.

this DR. can't or won't even flush the wax out of my ear even tho he has done it before which is a very simple task. a big waste of my time and money. save your money and see someone else.

Dr. Scruggs has been my PCP for many years. He treats me with respect and care. He's very patient in explaining things to me and answering questions. He doesn't rush me out of the office like some doctors do.

Dr. Scruggs really listens to questions and concerns, and doesn't rush out of the office without thoroughly explaining medical conditions, treatments, referrals, etc. He makes sure I understand my condition, and isn't shy to refer me to specialists when he thinks it's necessary for a more complete diagnosis.

I would recommend highly Dr. Scruggs as a primary care physician and interest, Dr, Scruggs has been my primary care physician for almost 10 years. He also was my mother-in-law's doctor when she moved from Virginia to live with us for health reasons. The pastor at my church had endorsed Dr. Scruggs as an individual who I could count on to make good moral decisions.
