Dr. Haag has taken exceptional care of my eyes for 25 years. He is an outstanding physician. He is kind and caring and never rushes his time with me. I highly recommend Dr. Haag for any of your vision needs but especially for any issues involving the optic nerves.

I was referred to Dr. Hagg by another ophthalmologist because of my strange symptoms. Dr. Haag spent four hours testing my sight in ways I had never imagined. He has phoned me at home in the evening to check on changes or to give me test results. This man is in a whole different league.

He gentle, comforting and very detailed in the type of care that you need. He’s been my physician for several years and I would highly recommend him.

I drove 3 1/2 hours to have an appointment with Dr. Haag. We don't have very many choices in our rural area for eye specialists. I was glad that I did. First, I was very impressed with the Wheaton Eye Clinic. I was also impressed with all the other professionals who work there. Lastly, I was very impressed with the time that Dr. Haag spent with me explaining my eye condition. We closed down the place. Instead of rushing me out like the last doctor I went to, he spent the time to show me the results of my tests and what should happen next. He told me that he would collaborate with the other doctors in the practice to find the best treatment for me. And...he did. I've never had a doctor personally call me at home (on a Saturday as well) to talk about what he found out. So instead of thinking about it all weekend, I got answers. The Wheaton Eye Clinic is like the Mayo of eye doctors. They consult with one another and find the best treatment for you as a patient. I was very impressed with Dr. Haag, and I would recommend this place to anyone...even if they have to drive a long distance.

I have seen Dr. Haag for 13 or more years. Had a severe eye issue, it's not only better but my optic nerves returned to normal. After my cataract surgery my vision is 20/20 without glasses.

Dr Haag is compassionate, thorough, and patient. I have an ongoing eye condition, so I have frequent appointments. Every visit, he is on-schedule and very engaged with finding the best course of treatment for me. He is kind and obviously cares a great deal about his patients.

In his freshman year at Wheaton College our always active & healthy son, suddenly suffered from a couple bouts of acute/severe headaches requiring hospitalization. After being released, we visited Dr Haag right away. He immediately (~2 minutes into the examination) correctly diagnosed a brain aneurysm. Center DuPage was able to quickly perform surgery, and my son enjoyed a full recovery & graduated on time. Over 10 years later, we continue to thank God for placing Dr Haag in our lives. A good man and outstanding doctor.

Dr Haag saved my 18 year old son's life. No other way to say it. He accurately diagnosed a brain aneuryrsm in the span of about 5 minutes after hearing my son’s symptoms, and taking a look at him. It was the speed with which he alerted the hospital emergency room to receive us, making preparations and alerting them, that also helped to save his life. (His orders: “Go now, don’t even stop at the reception desk to pay the bill – just go, hurry!”). My son had been misdiagnosed for over a week, by a neurologist, prior to our brief meeting with Dr Haag. My son was able to graduate college on time, after successful ‘brain coiling’ procedure performed at Center DuPage Hospital. He continues to live a healthy, happy & productive life, thanks to Dr Haag’s diagnosis and assistance. p.s. we did go back and pay the bill after his brain surgery - but I’m sure he didn’t charge us enough :)

I have been a patient of Dr. Haag's for 20 years. He is the best caring doctor I have ever had. I can not say enough about him and his skills. I recommend Dr. Haag to anyone who would like a caring doctor.
