Dr. Philip is a great doctor. I've been with him over five years now and can wholeheartedly attest to his caring nature, clinical competency, and punctuality. He treats me as a partner in my healthcare. We talk, he listens, we make decisions together. I highly recommend him and as a bonus, his office staff, Sue RN, Amy RN, & Lupe MA are amazing too. Better than family!

Dr. Philip is caring, clinically competent, and partners with his patients to care for them. I couldn't ask for more in a doctor. He is amazing and so is his office staff, who have been with him for years. Better than family!

Dr. Philip is an excellent, knowledgeable, skillful, caring doctor. He promotes a team approach where he as partner and I as patient work together on the issues that I have to bring about a change. He also a prevention focus so we head off things before they start or maybe get worse. Above all he is a caring person who has helped me immensely to bring about healing with some serious difficulties. My husband has benefited a great deal from him also. We are pleased to have appointments back-to-back so that the team approach helps both of us. We thank the Lord for our being able to be in Breakthrough Care Center and receive Dr. Philip's care.
