I just moved to the area last year, and I thought this would be a nice place to go, off the Main Street of Geneva. It was not. The receptionist was flighty, and the cost of the simple "contact lens fitting" was well over $200 (which I didn't ask for in advance--my bad, so I paid). The frames throughout the store were overpriced, which should have given me an indication of the high costs. Then, I went back 5 months later to order my gas perm lenses, and the doctor hasn't even written the information down in a way that I could have ordered a contact!!! What did I pay all that money for!?!?! Out of curiousity, I asked how much the lenses would have been--the answer was 3 times the amount I have found elsewhere! Ridiculous. I do NOT recommend this place if you just want a simple eye exam.
