Northwestern medicine has been our place to go to in last 12 years. Negative review is because ogbyn is one of the worst places to schedule an appointment. They just love to milk the insurance companies without any regards for the patience. My issue with them is the ladies that schedule appointments. They don't have any skills on how to talk to people. If they continue failing to help people. This place won't be on national honor roll too much longer

I'm so grateful for how comfortable the staff are 🥰 I've gone serval times and called a few times too. I haven't met one person who was kind, friendly, patient and gone above and beyond. Thank you!

This was my first pregnancy. My sister used Northwestern Medicine OB/GYN for both of her pregnancies and so I thought I’d be taken care of. I understand that there are protocols for new patients but the care I did not receive when going through a medical emergency, even after an ER visit with discharge instructions to be seen by my doctor within 48 hours, was appalling and quite frankly invalidating. All of my OB/GYN care will be moved. I’m very disappointed. But I adore my PCP with NM, and am sad that I can’t say the same here.

The doctors are wonderful, never had a problem with them. It's the appointment system that needs a huge fix! I don't know how many times I've had to try and call to make an appointment for my recent pregnancy and I'm just left on hold for a half hour. I have an infant I need to tend to so staying on longer or having the automated system call me back when it's "my turn" isn't an option. The one time I actually got through in time, I was told that they couldn't schedule me yet and that someone was going to call me back to schedule. Guess what? No call back. How the hell am I supposed to get ahold of anyone to get seen????? The phone number doesn't even go to the office either which is ridiculous! TERRIBLE SYSTEM IN PLACE NM!

Absolute nightmare scheduling system. You’re just a number to them - no personal care. Likely none of the doctors you see during your pregnancy rotation will be there for your delivery.

Overall the majority of Doctors and staff are professional and helpful. The 3 stars is mainly in response to Dr. Flahive. She was upset about the timing of the scheduling even tho it was her receptionist which caused the issue. Which turned out to be no issue at all other than the fact that she couldn’t take her time getting to the room. She was unprofessional and unapproachable because of her anger over the scheduling “issue”. I highly recommend Dr. Russo.
