If you want a doctor who will scream at you when he disagrees. I know I'm not the only mom since I ran into another parent who had a similar experience a year earlier.

Dr. Liber and his absolutely stellar team of nurses have taken excellent and compassionate care of my son, who suffers from several serious medical conditions. As his primary caregiver, Dr. Liber and his team have helped me manage complex care across eight different pediatric subspecialties with precision and urgency. Dr. Liber is thoughtful, deliberate, and thorough in his decision-making. He is committed to patient and family education, and shows real joy in interacting with my children. Patients in his care are extraordinarily lucky!

My sons have been seeing Dr. Liber since birth, starting with seeing them in the hospital when they were just a couple of days old; they are now 18. He has always provided the most excellent care for my sons. He is caring and gentle, uses humor to put them at ease and connect with them, and takes his time during appointments to answer all questions fully. I trust him with the care of my children ...

Horrible experience here. Dr. Liber screamed at me in front of my son, discounted his food allergies, reactions to antibiotics and vaccines. ENT scoped my son's throat and late found acid reflux. I was going to give him the benefit of the doubt, but I just ran into another mom at the Glen Ellyn Panera. We started chatting. She said the same thing happened to her five years earlier. He's definitely jekyll and hyde. Staff is really rude too.

Dr. Liber has seen all 3 of my kids through the years, 2 of them are now college age. We have always received excellent care and advice.

I have been going to this practice since our daughter was born 5 years ago. I have had every question or concern addressed with a solution. We could not be happier. I have never had to wait to take my sick daughter in to be seen. I have always had my questions answered in an acceptable amount of time addressing the concern I had left in the message. Overall, the care that my daughter has received has been excellent. I would reccomend them in a heartbeat!

Wheaton Pediatric has changed from being patient-centered to money-centered. When we first joined a few years ago, they were great. They answered all of our questions, and there was no issues. However, within the past year or so things have been changing. Appointments are more rushed so they can get through as many patients as possible. Their billing department is just plain mean. Even our insurance agent was telling us how rude and aggressive their billing department was (if an insurance agent is telling you that you're rude, you have some serious problems). The biggest blotch on Wheaton Pediatric is our latest experience. We had a well check-up for our son. One of the forms you fill out asks if there is anything you want to ask the doctor (ours for the day was Dr. Ute Monson). We wanted to ask about his gluten allergy. It had recently gone away, and we wanted to know what we should do next. The doctor had a few minutes of conversation with us, and that was it. No tests or anything else came of it. The total well-check up time was 45 minutes including the time spent waiting for the doctor. 90 minutes is reserved for each well-check up, so no extra time was taken. We found out later that the doctor had indicated that we had to be billed for extra time, which that we had to pay for. We were effectively punished for trying to take care of our child. One of the biggest problems in American healthcare today is how doctors are turning into salesman and trying to squeeze every last dollar out of their patients. Wheaton Pediatric has turned into the embodiment of this problem.
