Dr. Joseph Papuga and his wonderful staff have been instrumental to solving my general back soreness/stiffness problems over the years. In just one or two appointments he has been able to restore full mobility and eliminate any discomfort. He is kind and attentive with affordable, effective treatments that help me maintain a high quality of life. 10/10

Dr. Joe, Nancy, and the young lady at check-in (I apologize for forgetting your name) were fantastic. Right at the holidays, and I pinch a nerve barely able to walk, and I am flying out of the country in just days. Pain, 8 out of 10. The ladies fit me the same day and took great care of me. Dr. Joe was awesome. Adjustments, E stim, exercises. The second visit 2 days later pain, 4 out of 10. Having done chiropractics for more than 20 years, Dr. Joe was fantastic! This is the only chiropractor that you need to see in the DuPage area.

I am so grateful for my friend who recommended Dr. Papuga to me for my lower back pain. Last month, I was at a point where it was difficult to sit. I was nervous because I had a trip coming up. Thankfully, I was able to see Dr. Papuga twice before my trip because he helped the pain go away to the point where I was able to fully enjoy my vacation and have zero pain on my flight! I saw him for two more sessions after my trip and I felt 'back to normal'. I really liked that Dr. Papuga didn't try to force more sessions on to me like I have experienced with previous chiropractors. You can definitely tell that he truly cares about his clients and work. The entire staff was extremely kind and helpful. I will definitely be recommending him to other friends of mine and continuing to come here if needed.

Dr. Joe is awesome at what he does. I started seeing him to help with migraines and I have not had one since. It’s a new record! I always leave feeling so much better than when I came. Highly recommend his services.

Dr. Joe and staff are amazing. Dr. Joe takes the time to explain everything to you. He has helped me so much with my lower back pain. Also if you are in a lot of pain they will make sure they see you right away. Very accommodating!

Dr. Joe helped me about 5 years ago to get my life back. I still use the methods he taught me to help with flare ups of back pain. This is the doctor you go to when other chiropractors just don't work 👌

I never write reviews, but this one’s for you, Dr. Papuga! I have been seeing him for years now. The very first appointment I had- he was able to see me on VERY short notice because I was unable to walk properly. And on a Saturday! Within a few weeks, I was able to walk normally with no pain! I work a physically demanding job, so back pain is a constant. I have always been able to rely on him to make things right again. Seeing him is like seeing a friend…who just so happens to fix my back 👍🏻 (He also introduced us to LemonShark Poke, which is now one of our favorite restaurants!)
