Through ten months of pre- and post-op rehab for rotator cuff surgery, Joe Rappa showed incredible empathy, patience and compassion. His upbeat attitude, encouragement and genuine concern got me through an otherwise challenging journey. Thanks to Joe, I never minded going to physical therapy and I didn’t mind working hard as I knew he was guiding me to progress. Joe made me feel incredibly comfortable; it’s clear he truly cares about his patients as people, not just patients. His positive attitude stands out the second you walk through the door, and he has a way of challenging you while showing his unqualified support. Thank you Joe Rappa and Athletico Wheeling.

My family of 5 has been going to the Athletico Wheeling location on and off for over 15 years. Very pleased with all of our experiences. My latest visits were with Nico over the course of about 3 months. Nico was great. He was very knowledgeable, personable and really took the time to get to know me and my needs. Nico paid attention to detail, consistently asked how I was doing during the exercises, and made adjustments visit to visit as needed. The staff is friendly and very accommodating as well. I highly recommend Athletico Wheeling.

I came to Athletico 7 months after having back surgery. I was still feeling pain and soreness in my back and legs. Dr Lanoff referred me to Christy who was fantastic! She came up with a treatment plan that enabled me to return to my normal activities without pain. I feel so much better both physically and mentally. Was a wonderful experience!

I was impressed by the knowledge and expertise of the OT, Joe. I had a complex injury and Joe knew the best treatment plan for me. He explained everything as he treated me and he was so nice I felt confident in therapy. This place is the best!

I been working on my therapy session with Linda , and I have to say that I am very lucky to have her as my therapist. She is very professional and kind, from the start I knew that I was in good hands. I felt very comfortable working with her and result were fantastic! Everything she thought. me helping me a lot and I am feeling better everyday. I find her technics very helpful and useful. Also I have to say that everyone in this office are absolutely great, polite, helpful and understanding. Thank you to all the staff that help me with my therapy.
