I have been going to this office for more than 20 years. I had great experience as they have very good medical personnel. I would have given this place 5 stars if I were rating just medical personnel. But the management and front desk (specifically Dana) deserve -1 star making the rating 2 stars. I have appointments 2-3 times a week and every time Dana forces me to fill out information which doesn't change daily: like your allergies , major surgeries, etc ... In other offices you fill this out one time. This is ridiculous. Every time after conversing with Dana my blood pressure goes up. Dana should be prohibited from seeing patients. And she is asking other workers to make sure they force me every time to fill this out. And office manager handles this situation very unprofessionally.
