At a time when a patient needs reassurance, he created fear and anxiety. Dr. Fan has a horrible bedside manner and his services should be avoided.

Not engaged with patients, poor bedside manner. Distracted. Intern asked for assistance, but did not get it. Too busy on his phone to guide and I suffered for it.

Today I went with my husband to visit him. His office was crowded with patients waiting for him. I observed how the patients were chatting about their physician with such respect and ease. I certainly have great faith in him as a person. He has such busy schedule. Yet his manner showed me a spiritually cultivated person.
