Being new to Darien we were referred to the Athletico @ 329 W. 75th Street. Our first encounter was with Adrienne who went above and beyond to assist us per our repeated phone calls. Her customer service was fantastic and she is truly an asset to Athletico. We also had the pleasure to meet and work with Jay who helped us during our pt. Finally, I can't say enough about our therapist, Jennifer. Jen was patient with my husband and helped him immensely. She not only challenged him with different exercises but showed a general concern for him. As far as my pt sessions with Jen she rendered different challenges for me while showing great interest in my progress. To us these were not just "employees" doing a job, they were "friends" who made our sessions meaningful and assisted us to achieve our goals. We very highly recommend them and this facility. I recently took my 12 year old son here for an ACL sprain and minor Meniscus tear. Ryan was our PT and he was great with my son. He found interests with my son and was knowledgeable of what would make him stronger after his injury. He was super helpful before and after completing PT with him. Hopefully we never have to go through PT again but if we do I’m going back to see Ryan.

Been at athletics since June, thanks to Claire I’m finally seeing some progress for my injury!

From the comfort of being in sanitized facilities, to the reassurance of knowledgeable staff I loved every minute I was there. I worked predominately with Claire and Kate and not only was every minute utilized with purpose but they created an environment of support and understanding. I didn't know what to expect when starting, but I am happy to have had the experience with all the knowledge (and functionality) gained. They are the best!

I've been in and out of physical therapy for my shoulder since 2009. I work with Ryan and this is by far the best round of therapy I've gone through. He listened to exactly what my needs were and he tackled them like the 86 Bears defensive line, I want alive yet, but I feel like it's a good analogy. The facility itself is great, everyone is super nice.
