I like Dr. Grzegorek good doc, but their communication and curtsey is horrible, so disappointed have been going here for over decade. I work more than them trying to run my business, and they cant even bother to communicate especially when peoples livelihood is in your hands....disgusting...has really gone down hill...requested a prescription refill a week ago, just found out they want me in for a check up, fine but tell me ahead of time or any kind of response, don't let me find out from pharmacy a week later! I have now spent 35min on hold just trying to get someone on the phone...my time is worth money...first leave me on hold for 15 min, finally pickup and hang up, second call waited 10min they didnt pickup, 3rd call still on hold going on past 10min.....hanging up and going on call 4...this is not a first time this has happened...I am going to stick with them for now and hope they improve...

Dr Grzegorek has been my doctor for many years. He’s one of the best doctors out there. Everything is explained layman’s terms to make sure you understand. There isn’t anything you cant discuss with him. He’s like family now

The doctor himself is not that bad and he doesn't deserve 1 star rating. He deserves a solid 2. His staff, on the other hand , they don't deserve this rating either, they deserve -5 (yes negative) stars. Shameful, disgraceful patient relations, rude, selfish and LAZY workers. Jodi is the chief of this ridiculous unprofessional Willowbrook gang. STAY AWAY

Dr. Grzegorek is always friendly and takes the time needed to do a thorough examination. I feel like he really listens and is thoughtful in his responses. He is a rare gem!

Dr. Grzegorek is a wonderful doctor. He always listens and clarifies everything before he makes suggestions. He also has a vast knowledge of many medical issues as well as a huge network of specialists and testing sites. His caring approach should be used by all doctors. I highly recommend him to everyone. His staff are professional, efficient as well as kind and respectful. And everyone as well as Dr. Grzegorek have a good sense of humor as well as compassion.
