She completely botched my lips even after 3 months my lips are inconsistent and turning black , please be aware as they dont care about patients n dont do any follow ups or answer any questions , all they do is extract money…

I have rosacea acne and I had a major flare up, right before I was heading out of town, of course. Susan at Dr. Cheung's office addressed the problem immediately. She used a laser treatment to calm the inflammation and redness. Within hours you could see a noticeable difference. Susan is so knowledgeable in skincare. She knows what treatments and products to use for every specific skin condition.

Jamie is the best! I really wanted to find a clinic that specializes in male anal rejuvenation. I was really happy with the process. Jamie and I had a consultation. She went into detail about the different lasers and options she has in her " toolbox". We discussed what to expect during the treatment and after. The office manger and staff make you feel comfortable and help settle me in before my treatment. Jamie was awesome; she's funny and sweet. I brought my mom in for scarlet rf and she's loving her results too. I was numbed good, the pain is minimal. They have other options to help keep you super comfortable during the treatment. I'm super happy with my results, I did 3 treatments that were sold in a package. The skin around the area is clean. It's super smooth, and tighter. Total rejuvenation and I have better confidence.

I attempted to use her service for BIOTE. She does not do her own blood draws and during COVID it was impossible to book at various labs around area. No one to answer her phones and was directed to communicate through email. When her staff finally responded they directed me to a lab I already tried. She made performance of "contract" impossible then deducted the credit card fees. Found doctor who did BIOTE, arranged and did their own blood draw. This doctor's office set up is seems "virtual" only.

If you’re looking for the fountain of youth or just want to feel like you did when you were younger Dr Cheung’s office is where you need to go! She offers many different services and treatments and has a beautifully decorated office. She has board-certified and offers many different services. She’s also very knowledgeable and listens to your questions about what services might be best for you.

This is not how you treat people especially during such a vulnerable time that we are in right now. I was treated unfairly by your office. I made a consultation and the day I would have had the consultation my nanny did not show up. Later she told me she had a family emergency. I called your office and explained the situation only to be met by arrogance and saying I will be charged $250 regardless. I sincerely apologized for the situation as I had not forseen that something like that would happen but your office manager kept on saying "we will charge you regardless." I wanted to reschedule but you left me with no option to do so. During these difficult times I would expect more empathy and understanding. The reason I made the initial consultation is to have several treatments done but unfortunately you were not willing to meet halfway. I have been going to several doctors downtown where I live and I have never experienced this kind of treatment before. I would say it's bad business practice to charge $250 for a consultation that was disrupted by a unforseen situation and as a result miss on the opportunity to make thousands. I can guarantee you that this business model will not sustain long term. For the record I have disputed the charge and will involve our attorney if need be.

Dr Cheung provides way more than most dermatologists do. She offers girth enhancement with dermal fillers. Seems a bit off the wall, but pretty simple. Well, not so much. She used a permanent filler without disclosing all the possible major side effects. Actually, she made it seem pretty common and easy to treat problems. I have had painful granulomas and swelling. It has also caused lymphatic issues. She placed filler but has no way of fixing or reversing what has been done. I have had an almost 100 k reconstructive procedure and may need another. In hind site, why does she do all of these other services. Stick with dermatologists that do dermatology only. She is all about production at any cost.

I had male girth enhancement procedure done in 2018. We used bellafill. I found out it is permanent and cannot be removed. I have had horrible lumps and pain ever since. I also have had one reconstruction surgery and soon to have another. 200 k later. Please do your research

I have been to the office a few times. The office is clean and welcoming. The staff is amazing. They're very helpful & kind. I would highly recommend Dr. Cheung's office.
