Wonderful staff at the 2845 N Sheridan location! Front desk is knowledgeable and kind. After 7 months of frustrating doctors visits which got me nowhere, I found Dr. Habib, who is attentive and took action to help me. A major benefit is that I only had to wait a week for my appointment, as opposed to a month+ I would’ve had to wait to see other urologists. Definitely recommend! Just like most doctors visits, he did run late. I wasn’t in a rush so it didn’t really matter to me. But if you are, I suggest calling the office to see if he’s running behind before you come in, it could help you plan the rest of your day a bit better. Great experience overall!

Horrible practice. Incredibly poor communication. I have been calling for literally 2 weeks and no one has answered the phone. This is by far the most unrelieable medical practice I've ever gone to. If I could give you these guys zero stars I would. Avoid this practice.

Dr. Habib performed surgery on my prostate. The result is far better than my highest hopes. Flow is better than at any point in my now long life. With a pressing full bladder, full emptying takes under ten seconds. Downsides: none. Results: perfect functioning. Thank you Dr. Habib

Dr. Habib is great, and very experienced. He did I great job. The problem is his staff. They are extremely rude and won’t explain anything to the patients. I came in to get bladder stents removed and was extremely nervous, nobody cared that I has anxiety and when I asked for the process to be explained to me the woman huffed and then quickly “told me”. I just wanted to know so I could be prepared. During the process she was in the room and frustrated that I was in pain and kept repeating “*huff* “just breath” It would be nice if they could have some simple compassion for their patients. If you need a good urologist Dr. Habib is great, but I would avoid this staff at all cost. Even the front desk.

Dr Habib es un urologo muy profecional,cuando a mi esposo se le inflamo la peostata el lo sumetio a in tratamiento hace alredeodo de 7 años y gracias a Dios y al Dr. Habib ,mi esposo no ha tenido mas problemas con la prostata
