If I could rate it zero stars, I would. Lying on my paperwork about my diagnosis, failing to order bloodwork he told me to get, and refilling a prescription that I told him months prior I would no longer be taking. I’ve called to try to resolve this multiple times and have gotten no resolution. I cannot express how frustrating this has been. Editing to add: the copy/paste response to negative reviews, telling me to call their office when I already have repeatedly, is adding insult to injury. It is representative of how little they truly care about patients.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Didn’t bother talking to family about what was going on and seemed to be just guessing at what to do with treatment in a complex case.

Spent time with me and my father and discussed in detail what was going on which I'm sure was not easy to do. Highly recommended!

Super unhappy. He was the only doctor at NM who didn’t seem to even have the time to meet with family to talk through what was happening and options. In a complex case he seemed to be guessing at what to do until nothing could be done.

Dr. Kropp cares about his patients. My dad has been going to him for about 7 years now and the quality of care is remarkable. He is very thorough and takes the time to answer any questions you may have. He personally has called to check in on my father or give test results, he doesn’t have the message relayed to you through his nurse or reception. Dr. Kropp is an example of how all physicians should be and so rarely are.
