Too busy to feel any sense of care or compassion from this doctor.. I waited about 3 months for an appt and she rushed me thru like a speed date. Very arrogant and condescending. If you are not looking to just take whatever drugs she wants to prescribe with no questions.. this doctor is not for you. I wanted to explore other options and she laughed at me. VERY VERY RUDE. I recommend you NEVER see this doctor. Three appts and I had my fill of her snarky behavior

I am writing this on behalf of my husband. I am an RN an am VERY disappointed with the way she has treated him. I am not quite sure if she learned anything about bedside manner in school. She is rude, short with her responses, does not listen to her patients , disrespectful and does not spend any quality time with her patients. She has treated my husband like he was a hypochondriac and didnt deserve her time or expertise. Also my husband received two letters in the mail- one certified and one regular mail stating she did not basically want to be his doctor anymore. Maybe now she can take that time to learn how to listen and be respectful to her patients. We have now made a new appt. with a new doctor and are hoping for the best. My husband was a patient of hers for 7 years !!! Shame on you !!

I have seen Dr. Richman numerous times in the last year and a half and cant say that I had one good experience in her care. Not only does she have a superiority complex, but she's extremely dismissive and interrupts you while you're trying to articulate whats wrong and why you're there. She entirely ignored me on several occasions when it came to my medical history, my symptoms, and how I felt about how she was handling my care. If you can see someone else, I recommend doing so.

Has a very superior attitude. She listened to all of my concerns then dismissed them all like I was a weak crybaby. I had come from seeing a very good doctor at Loyola who retired. I never spent a day in pain when seeing my Loyola doctor. Went to Doctor Richman and I deteriorated very quickly. I gave her a chance still, seeing her four times over the course of a year and am in the worst shape of my life. Now looking for a good doctor in the area. It won't be difficult to find a better one I'm sure.

I highly recommend Dr Nicole Richman. She identified my issues and assisted in finding. treatment that works for me. I had been to another rheumatologist that was indifferent and didn't seem to care about my individual issues. Nurse Nancy is wonderful and the best with injections. The office staff is friendly and efficient including the lab staff. Thank you Team Westmont.

Dr Richman is very thorough. She listens and takes time to answer any questions. She was able to diagnose a condition that was otherwise undetermined. She came recommended by another well-respected doctor which says a lot.

Dr. Richmond was so punctual, so thorough and easy to relate to and extremely personal.

I see Dr. Richman for Rheumatoid Arthritis. I find her kind, pleasant, and aggressive in treatment. She always explains things well.
