Stay away. I’m reading some of these 5 star reviews and I can’t understand who they are speaking about because its def not Franzia, Very unprofessional her and the entire office/staff. The reviews definitely fooled me at first. I honestly don’t even know where to begin with our situation and how she was towards us as a doctor. She is not pleasant at all, rude, not friendly, rushed you out of your appointments, had an attitude, no patience. My daughter who was 3 now 4, did not like her and thought she was not nice and scary looking. My husband didn’t like her from the very first visit with her and I regret not listening to him. I couldn’t agree more with my child & husband. Not to mention, the office/staff lies and no one there does their job.

Dr. Franzia is the most amazing provider I have ever met, she is wonderful with children and has a motherly way of making you feel that everything is ok. She TRULY loves her patients and her personal touch is a patient experience that is rare to find. Praying that more doctors learn from her ways for the next generation of physicians. 😊

By far one of the most disrespectful pediatricians I have ever come across. God forbid your child has a medical issue past 5:00 pm. Dr. Franzia personally called me to tell me she was “frustrated and overwhelmed” with me calling her after hours. Even when I would call, she would take hours to call back and give me attitude for it. Also, for a “pediatrician” she disrespected my three year old and one year old and spoke negatively about them. She always rushed through their appointments and had a negative attitude. Anytime I had a question, she would just give me pamphlets directing me to other people. I clearly remember one time I asked her advice on potty training and she told me to enroll my daughter in daycare and they’ll just handle it there. Not a pleasant experience and definitely do not recommend.

I could not recommend and endorse Dr. Franzia any higher as a pediatrician for your children. She cared for both of our now-grown daughters since birth and currently cares for for our three grandchildren. I trust her implicitly. Not only is she an extremely talented and deeply knowledgable physician, she is also a kind, empathetic and wonderful human being. She connects with children and parents in the most beautiful way, and her office is filled with love. She is everything you hope for in a children's family doctor.

After taking my newborn to a few different pediatricians in the first 2 months of life, getting the eye roll, the judgement for asking questions (you know… because I’m a new mom), I finally stumbled upon Dr. Roma Franzia. To say she is a gift from god doesn't even do her justice. Talk about a doctor who goes above and beyond. From day one Dr. Franzia has taken all the time needed to ensure I left every appointment with all my questions answered, with all the knowledge I need to continue to guide my child in the right direction. She has never judged me for a question or concern. Over the summer we went out of the country for a few weeks, while out my daughter developed a very bad all over body skin rash. I was able to send Dr. Franzia and her team photos and videos of everything, got advice on what to do immediately and at what point would it need immediate medical attention vs. waiting till we got back in town for Franzia to take a look. My only regret was not finding Dr. Franzia sooner! If you have been scratching your head, trying to find the right pediatrician for your child, no need to look further! Set up your consultation/meet & greet with her, I promise you will never look back!

Dr. Roma Franzia is the best pediatrician you will EVER find. She is kind, patient, and treats every child as if it’s one of her own. She listens, understands, and makes you feel as your child is her most important patient and dedicates as much time as you need (doesn’t rush you or judge). She goes above and beyond to educate herself on everything related to the healthy development of a child (and teaches us so much with every visit). She does not just stick to the basics but truly amazes me as to how knowledgeable, passionate, and well read she is. Just recently, we had our son in a walker for approximately 3 weeks, and the recent appointment her trained eye noticed that. He was on his tip toe at his wellness exam, and Dr Franzi immediately noticed that was an effect if the walker and to limit walker time so as not to weaken his calves/foot posture. Dr Franzia also has the best product recommendations. We used Kabrita formula and our baby has thrived and loved it! And recently provided us with samples of products that help prevent food allergies in babies. As new parents she even provided us with little a “Don’t Panic Booklet” with all the common issues and treatments for babies. It’s been so helpful! We once had a scare after-hours where our son accidentally ate honey and of course her wonderful team was there to assist us. What more could we ask for? We know our son is in the best hands. I recommended Dr Franzia to another new mom, who cried after her first visit as she couldn’t believe what a lovely and supportive doctor she was for her newborn sick child. Highly recommend and very grateful for Dr Franzia and her team. Also, I think if our son Jacob could talk he would say HE LOVES going to her office - from the moment you walk into the elevator and in every room the toys and decor make this a lovely experience for every child. Dr Franzia’s gentle and fun approach during exams combined with the creative decor creates a warm and charming experience for the little ones to look forward to seeing Dr Franzia. We certainly look forward to it too! Thank you Dr Franzia for everything you do and how much you care for all the babies and children of your practice!

I feel so blessed to have found Dr. Franzia & Dr. Maddie for my baby girl. They are so knowledgeable, sweet, and genuinely caring. Highly, highly recommend.

Dr. Roma Franzia and her practice are unmatched. Dr. Franzia is a highly intelligent, extremely caring, professional physician that feels more like family. She always has my daughter's best interest at heart and even after moving an hour away from the practice, I would not choose another physician. If you are looking for a Pediatric practice that can stay with your family for years to come, you found it!

We had been looking for an intimate office setting where we knew the kids would see the same Dr each time. Dr Franzia was super impressive. She has been taking care of my three children for over 5 years. She especially wonderful with my teen and pre- team. She really spends the time with each child and is very easy to talk to, extremely knowledgeable, relatable snd my girls absolutely love her. We also VERY VERY impressed by Dr Maddie as she did a follow up call with my teenage daughter about things. Also super relatable, kind, compassionate and THOROUGH!! For all of you that are look for prob one of the last “mom n pop” type practiced around we all HIGHLY it recommend Dr Franzia and Dr Maddie. I feel so good knowing ALL of my children have Dr Franzia and Dr Maddie. Indeed they are the best!!!!

Dr. Roma Franzia is accessible, accommodating, knowledgeable and so caring. She is real, a problem solver and a friend. Our family found her through a friend's recommendation when we were new to town 6 years ago and were so pleased to have made the connection. The city pediatricians are terribly difficult to get into see and forget about making a personal connection. Dr. Roma and her staff provides nothing less than solid and compassionate treatment. I would absolutely recommend newcomers or those maybe looking for a new physician to her practice. Her beautiful and fun office space makes children feel at ease and her saltwater fish tank is a big hit with the kids.
