I was impressed that Dr. Jaharis correctly diagnosed that my shoulder pain was indicative of a neck problem. What happened was Illinois Bone and Joint incorrectly diagnosed my shoulder pain as a torn ligament. Since the problem never resolved, I went back a year later to Winnetka Family Medicine. Dr. Jaharis immediately suspected that it was a neck problem and ordered an MRI. He was right. Why couldn't the specialist at IB&J figure that out?

I have seen him for the last 15 years or so. He spends a great deal of time with me every time i see him. In the past some doctors I have seen have given me too little time. I would and have recommended him to others. I am very pleased with him.

Before I could even make an appointment, I had made a decision. No, not the doctor for me. The front office staff is terrible. I'm not normally one to judge people - Although, the front office staff cannot answer the phone competently. I could not understand the very first greeting. And then nothing else said afterward either. I was patient and requested that she repeat what she had said, and she attempted to repeat herself, only to have me not understand her even more. This doctor needs someone who can speak English clearly please. Good luck to you without that essential business component in America.

very good doctor. he oversaw a chest nodule removal and a triple bypass heart operation as my family doctor.
