Quest Diagnostics's Online Review Report Card

I took the time to write a complaint about my experience at one of their blood draw locations. They never replied. It’s impossible to figure out how to complain up the ladder. I guess that’s why things are so bad there. No accountability! They need more competition. Then, they might pay attention. How can I even trust the lab results of my experience is so bad at the contact point????

Horrible. WORST customer service imaginable. Long wait times, promised 4 call backs from supervisor and NEVER happened. I would NOT use QUEST for anything. Lots of other choices out there that appreciate your business more.

Can NEVER be in contact with a real live person or even a Customer Service Rep on line, which I needed because I was locked out of my account and needed to communicate with somebody since I couldn't via my account. I was on hold forever twice, which most companies anymore will give you an option to call you back...not quest.I test there 2-4 times per year and always have trouble with them not be able to find my doctors faxed script as to what to test for or finding my Insurance in their file etc etc. It's not the employees at the site, they're wonderful, it's quests tech systems which result in a frustrating client experience. Quest...FIRE YOUR TECH DEPT. HEAD. LOOK AT THE LOW REVIEW SCORES YOU GET!!Bottom line...from now on I'm using LabCorp..a far better option.

I have the same experience. I got my blood drawn from Hoffman estates lab, But the bill came from Wood Dale which ended up in out-of-network for my insurance. It messed up everything. Looks like I've pay, even though I've insurance

My Lord... I've never had so many problems in my LIFE because of this company!!!!!!I took a DOT Drug test for a new employer and went to QUEST DIAGNOSTICS.The "nurse" who was in charge of my specimen **NADINE BalESTRA*** was the most unprofessional, rude, borderline criminal health provider I've ever encountered.After I was finished providing my sample, I opened the bathroom door, and ***NADINE*** fell directly on me.. She was looking under the door the WHOLE TIME and pressing her body on the bathroom door while I was inside!While signing the specimen, I was taken into a little room, where she turned her back and would NOT let me view what she was doing.Afterwards, I was given a poor copy/receipt with blurry info and when I asked for another copy, I was given the facility copy and not the donor's which had the info I needed.One week later, im finding out that good ol' Nadine put the WRONG LABEL/seal on my specimen!I have waited ONE WEEK for results that should only take 2 days tops..Now I'm being told I have to wait further for Nadine to write an affidavit saying she's a total asshat, before I can even start working!!!I was flown out to my new company but now I can't even work! 1700 miles from homeI have a 3 yr old and a 15 yr old at home with relatives while I'm DESPERATELY trying to work LEGALLY and I'm just in the middle of the country stranded, waiting on a botched DOT screen that NADINE BalESTRA cooked up special just for me..I'm sick :(((

Terrible service. They bill you falsely for more labs than you get done from your doctor's office. When you call they transfer you a million times and do not answer why they billed you for tests that were never done. This is their way to get the bill sent to collection without solving the problem. Scammers beware!!!!!

This is the worst company to get labs through. There is no contact information available. You get transferred to a million and one people, NO one knows how to help you. This company has the worst customer service I have ever worked with. AVOID at ALL COST. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IN ANY STATE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
