We were “those” people last night who arrived shortly before closing time.Everyone we interacted with was kind and patient.I was especially impressed with Terri, the nurse practitioner we saw. Even given the lateness of the day, she was thoughtful and attentive and went above and beyond to call with test results.

Really rude staff member who works on the second floor. It’s a new building with an open floor concept so their waiting area is out in the open, which doesn’t allow any privacy. They’re also quick to send you away to the walk-in clinic if you recently had any flu-like symptoms, even if you have proof of a negative COVID test, and they charge you extra for it. So don’t waste your time coming here. I won’t be back which is a shame because Dr Straczynski is a halfway decent doctor.

Highly recommend this place, everything is brand new in this building, staff is very friendly and ready to help. Waiting time for your appointment is no longer than 10 min. I am really surprised that some people gave them one star, since they just open like a month ago.

Overall a poor experience at this location. The receptionists are rude and it's very loud in the waiting areas. If you go to the walk-in clinic you probably won't see an actual doctor- you will more than likely be seen by a PA or nurse practitioner. They really only care about getting you in and out quick and won't spend more than 5 minutes with you. Definitely go somewhere else if you can!

The worst medical office I've encountered. Very incompetent stuff. Impossible to book appointment with a doctor. Always being sent to urgent care; my first contact doctor is literally always booked. Will look for a deferent doctors office.

My whole family has been going to this medical office for years. Numerous times we had to fight stuff in order to make an appointment with a doctor or to get appropriate medical advice. For a whole week now I was unable to get a hold of my doctor or schedule appointment with her for my 3 year old child who has high fever of 104.1 and horrible cough. Communication with a nurse is very unsuccessful and neglected by their end , moreover it is almost as they would do a favor that they answer the phone. They take a very long time to call back. Horrible overall experience!
