She doesn’t like to answer any questions she has very angry face she doesn’t like to listen how you feel l never will recommend her to anyone

Dr. Gogo (as my family refers to her) is the best rheumatologist I could ask for. My family has a very strong history of autoimmune disease, and not only has Dr. Gogo been consistent in believing my experiences as a chronically-ill person, she's also incredibly knowledgeable and knows what to test all of us (siblings, parents, grandparents) for. The negative reviews confuse me. She does come off as serious, but she's not impolite - she's just determined to get to the root of the problem. Highly recommend her! :)

Poor at returning phone calls and sharing blood work results. Feels as if she and her staff are inconvenienced by questions. Dismissive. Husband has same opinion

Dr. Gogoneata is always busy, so there's a bit of a wait if your appointment isn't first thing in the morning. I began seeing her last year for Rheumatoid Arthritis and I have to admit she's a lifesaver. A baseline xray showed a malignant mass that had not yet spread, but the mass was large so it was type 2. She's an absolute blessing and very concerned for her patients. She is an expert and worth the wait for appointments. Try to schedule early in the morning to avoid the wait.

My experience with the person managing her office on February 15, 2022 was dreadful. I needed a prescription filled and the Doctor was at another office. The person who received my call was rude, not helpful, and lacked not only professionalism but proceeded to berate me for calling again that afternoon when I thought I was calling the other office, not knowing that one person acts as a "gatekeeper" for both offices, and she answered. I was not only shocked by her behavior but appalled at her demeaning attitude toward me.

Dr Gogoneata has been my rheumatologist for years. I’ve had to switch a couple of time due to insurance reasons. I’ve gone to the “top” lupus specialist, Dr Gogoneata is by far more knowledgeable IMO. She listens, takes time, calls you with results, explains everything and her bedside manner is superb. Her staff is amazing. I brought my daughter to her when she was having a problem walking straight. Within 5 mins of watching my daughter walk she told me to take her to the ER immediately. My daughter was diagnosed with MS. This is after I had had my daughter to 2 doctors and they brushed us off. She has treated me through some extremely frightening times when I didn’t think I could get better… but I did with her care. I honestly can’t say enough good things about her. She’s amazing.

Been seeing her since 2007 for my RA. She is understanding, knowledgeable and compassionate. I’m glad I found her!

UNETHICAL,INCOMPETENT, and IRRESPONSIBLE !!! *THIS 'SO-CALLED' DR. TOOK THE ROLE OF MY ONLY PAIN MANAGEMENT FOR WELL OVER TWO YEARS and ABRUPTLY STOPPED PRESCRIBING MY MUCH NEEDED PAIN MEDS WITHOUT FOLLOWING PHYSICIAN PROTOCOL OF PROVIDING ME ADEQUATE NOTICE AND CONTINUED CARE UNTIL I COULD ESTABLISH A NEW DR. FOR MY SEVERE PAIN AND DISABLING CONDITIONS. SHE BLATENLY IGNORED ALL OF MY URGENT MESSAGES TO FILL MY MONTHLY PAIN MEDS THAT I AM DEPENDANT UPON FOR BASIC FUNCTION & MOBILITY, & REFUSED TO ACKNOWLEDGE & TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR MY 'ON GOING' CARE. SHE PUT MY WELLBEING AT RISK, WITH AN ABRUPT, UNETHICAL, & DANGEROUS HALT OF MY MEDS, INCREASING MY PAIN, SUFFERING, STRESS, ANXIETY, DEPRESSION, AND WITHDRAWAL, WHILE TAKING AWAY MY BASIC FUNCION, MOBILITY, & LIMITED 'QUALITY OF LIFE' BY DROPPING THE FLOOR OUT FROM UNDER MY CARE, BLATENLY NEGLECTING MY CARE, OUTRIGHT ABANDONING AN ESTABLISHED PATIENT, DIRECTLY PUTTING ME IN HARMS WAY, LEAVING ME TO FEND FOR MYSELF, WHILE PANDEMIC HIT...

Dr. Gogoneata has been my RA doctor for more than 10 years. She is amazing. Very thorough and provides explanations for all the things that are happening to me as I get older and deal with the different stages of this disease. She listens and helps me feel better. Amazing to have such an understanding doctor.
