Horrible place, Rude PCR staff and not welcoming at all. I took a day off for my appointment with DR Felske. 1st they changed my 9am appointment to later on as doc had an immediate surgery which I was upset about. My appointment was scheduled at 1120 and I made it to office at 11:15 and then the doc refused to see me saying that my appointment was at 11 and she will not see me now. Didn’t get any notification or reminder on my cell phone aswell. Never coming back to this medical facility on 75th street.

Horrible experience, such rude staff the front desk person was so unpleasant,unhappy and portrait such mad demeanor. Made my appointment at 9am which they changed after a week to 11:20telling me doc has surgery. Then when I came to the office at 11:15 doc refused to even see me saying appointment was at 11am. Didn’t get any notification or reminder at my phone aswell so I could proof. Never coming back to this Dr or this office.

Jennifer Felske is highly professional, caring, and skilled. She performed my surgery perfectly, and I have been pain free for many years as a result, so very grateful to have a doctor like her available to me. I have nothing but the utmost confidence in her, and have recommended her to many friends and family members.

Dr. Felske is knowledgeable, personable, and thorough. She saw me through a broken foot. A year later when I was having pain, she seriously investigated the cause and treated it again for something that was actually unrelated to the break. She took both situations with fresh curiosity and sincere care. I’ve recommended her to friends, who also have had excellent experiences.
