They are so kind and wonderful here. We've had great experiences and have been patients for 3 years now.

After being patients of Whole Child Pediatrics for 10 years, we were very unexpectedly kicked out of the practice because Whole Child refused to accept our newest and latest 'in-network' Aetna Insurance Plan (through my new employer)...even though the plan is 'in-network'. Private pay was also not offered to our family for bogus reasons. We were then required to pay a $25 fee for each one of our children to transfer their medical records to another practice...all because Whole Child kicked us out of the practice. Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. We had contemplated leaving this pediatric practice over the years due to the incompetence of the front office staff and significant nurse practitioner turn-over, but opted to stay due to our relationship with the head practitioner, which obviously no longer matters. If you and your family are considering taking your children to Whole Child for the first time or are considering continuing to take your children here, proceed with extreme caution. Be prepared to deal with rude and incompetent scheduling and billing personnel at this practice. I have quickly learned over the last few weeks, there is much better care available for our children in the west suburbs of Chicago.

Dr. Natalie is so kind and knowledgeable. Every time we see her we have a wonderful experience.

In 2017, we made a big move from TX to IL and at the time we had two small kids (and now 3!) so I was in desperate need of doctor referrals. My sister in law recommended Whole Child to us and we are so thankful she did! We never have had to wait long during our visit, there are nurses on call, when a kid gets sick they've let us come that day, and they have their own natural pharmacy inside the office! Let's not forget the best thing about whole child... Dr. Natalie!!! She is hands down the best pediatrician we've ever dealt with and has always taken the time to answer questions and concerns...and the kids love her too!!!

This practice is truly fabulous! I am so grateful to have found them. In a world now where physicians are so regulated in the care they can provide, Dr Natalie and her team are a breath of fresh air. Dr Natalie’s passion and devotion for the wellbeing of her patients is unsurpassed. I would recommend the clinic without ANY hesitation!! My husband and I are grateful to have found such and amazing physician for our sons.

We were sent a letter dismissing us (my young son) from the practice. Legally they do not have to give you a reason and will refuse to do so, but I already had a pretty good idea of why. Please realize if you notice things are changing in the office and you should bring up those new policies you may disagree with (either in person to her face or to someone in the office, or online, where it *SEEMS* that someone, whether a friend or someone that works there, ensures that the Dr. is apprised of EVERYTHING being said on social media), you're done there. They do not want to be questioned or to have to explain themselves. I have referred dozens of people there too and have had to apologize to several who had quite negative experiences. Will happily take my cool kiddo and awesome insurance elsewhere. Very displeased in general.

Dirty facility, rude and unknowledgeable staff.

Disappointing and unreal. Should be reported for fraud. Would not go back with a ten foot pole pushed by someone else's feet. Total disaster. Had to have another real MD straighten everything out. What a joke.

Total frauds

Front desk/scheduling is terrible. Made an apt but then realized we couldn’t make that time. I called back minutes later to reschedule and the employee, Megan, said they had to charge me $25 because it wasn’t 24 hours notice. I asked if they could make an exception since I had JUST called and wasn’t cancelling, just rescheduling. She said absolutely not. Terrible customer service.
