Initially 1 starred due to a problem with sending out my referral, but I've since changed to 4 stars based on the willingness of the staff to ensure my problem and any future problems were handled correctly and promptly.

I have had Dr. Engstrom as my doctor for about 40 years. I am very pleased with his care. He is also my husband's doctor and took care of my children also. I would say he has even improved over the years. I have always received wise answers to my questions and excellent care. He gives you ideas on how to lose weight but doesn't act critical. He is a positive person who cares about his patients. I am glad to keep going to him as long as he practices, knowing he is close to retirement age.

Dr. Engstrom is the best family doctor I have ever been to. He listens to all my physical concerns, he questions me about them, and then tells me what he can do for me, or what I can do to help my condition. He explains what medications he can prescribe for me and lets me question him about them. If my problem needs surgery...he will pray for me the day of surgery...if I ask him to. I always feel good about telling him whatever ails me, because when I leave his office I know that we have worked together on a good plan - that will help my health be the best that it can be.

Dr. Engstrom has been my doctor for around 40 years. I totally trust his expertise. He spends adequate time with me and is very reassuring, besides being involved with my total well-being. I am in great condition, thanks to his medical knowledge.
