Dr. Bhalala is a amazing Dr. He is very knowledgeable Patient and overall good with his patients. Staff office is very friendly as well. Very accommodating with appointments. So grateful to have found them.

I am so pleased with the entire staff. Everyone is so professional and kind to speak with, office is clean. Most importantly it is so refreshing to finally have a family doctor that can assist with most, if not all my medical needs. Dr. Neel Bhalala doesn’t push for prescriptions and first determines if there’s a more holistic natural approach, but if he determines it is needed there isn’t any fuss. All professional medical treatment facilities have to follow a process and remain compliant. He has treated my medical needs without causing any unnecessary frustration for me. So relieved I was referred to Dr. Bhalala!

Great office. Staff is very friendly & accommodating! Dr Bhalala is very patient orientated, compassionate, knowledgeable; & easy to talk to. Office is very clean & well located! They follow all state/county guidelines for Covid-19. NO WALK-INS AT THIS TIME!!!

Dr Bhalala has been my personal internist for more than 20 years. Because I'm also a physician, we worked as colleagues until my retirement. This means I have in-depth knowledge of his skills, knowledge and professionalism. I credit him with saving my life when I was severely ill in intensive care. I recommend him with no reservations. His staff are delightful, answer questions, and respond promptly to messages.

Can I leave a zero or less review? He does not know my right side from my left, he consistently has errors in my medical history, despite pleas to correct them. He seems to be in collusion with local radiologists to misread my bone density, not knowing right from left. I have never had the procedures he describes in his so-called Medicare Exam. I have had not had a gynecologic exam, despite my concerns, in more than, I believe, 20 years. He has ignored my obvious symptoms of possible cervical cancer. I was a former MD colleague when he seemed to be ethical. I have had to go back to him because other providers in the State of Illinois are not available. His office staff are amazing, helpful, responsive.

Great Dr. I was a person that did not see a Dr. for 20 yrs. And so glad I chose him. Not the least bit terrified when I have a appt to see him. He is a very pleasant, Soft spoken and spends time with his patients. Now just not looking forward to the day he retires and have to choose another. He has his son in his office now. I hope he has the same personality an bed side manner as his father. Because he will more than likely be my first choice. His staff also has been very pleasant to me each time I call or there for a visit. Just want to say Thank you to all of them.

A THIEF, TOOK MY MONEY!!! Instead of telling me he don't treat for pain doing the right thing and giving my money back so i could get the right doctor, he treated me for diabetes and gave me medicine samples i can't even use so he could justify keeping my money like he said he did. Is it that hard to do the right thing??? ZERO STARS!

I was looking for a good pain doctor and the lady on phone said the doctor treats for chronic pain, so i made appointment. Once there, i explained to front desk the payment of $260 was high, i recently moved back to area to take care of my sick 91 year old mother and money was tight. They said the doctor could treat my pain problem. The doctor came in room and immediately started discussing my diabetes. I told him i already have a doctor for that, and was there for a chronic pain problem. He then continued to talk about my diabetes and insisted on me trying Farxiga. But i already have a good diabetic doctor who only costs me $25, as opposed to his $260, he then said to take 2 ibuprofen for my back, full rotor tear, and deformed femer bone pain, and walked away. The next day i called because i felt i wasn't treated for what i came for and got ripped off. Dr. Gopul got on phone and said he doesn't treat for pain but since i was there he treated me for diabetes and that i was not entitled to any refund and. rudely hung up on me. Now i cannot afford to to get a doctor since he stole my money.

I made an appointment for chronic pain, he treated me for diabetes so he could keep my money, he gave me Farxiga a medicine not for type 1 diabetes, so i couldn't use it since I'm type 1, and refused to give me my $260 back!!!
