I can’t sing enough praises about my care today. Haley was my PA and went above and beyond on the day after Thanksgiving to help me with my issue. She even called my doctor in Michigan several times. She talked to her Regional Director. I do not believe you can teach empathy or compassion, and I honestly wished Haley was my Doctor and I could always see her. So so wonderful!!! The two girls at the front desk were amazing too. Everyone was. And it was busy. 5 stars. Thank you Haley and team. South Bend
If Zero Stars was an option it would be my choice. This facility refused to give me SelfPay pricing up front and I was told if I have insurance to use it because my deductible would be cheaper then the exam and labs for my sons diagnosis of Influenza B. They charged my insurance nearly $700 for a visit that would have cost $165 with the SelfPay pricing. With 60/40 Deductible, the uncovered portion for me to pay was near $300, considerable more then the potential $165. Health Insurance cost us so much because of places like this robbing the Insure patients blind. Demand clear pricing options if you have a higher deductible. Charging insurance $700 for a $165 visit is robbery.
Do NOT go to this Doctor John Koehler.I have a workers comp claim that I have to see a doctor once a year, I had all the paper work with me. This Dr. Koehler wanted to charge me $250 just to see him. I told him this is workers comp that I have been on for over 10 years and the government pays for the visit. He said I still have to pay the $250. This is illegal to charge the government full price for an appointment and charge me extra for it. I am reporting him to workmens comp. Doctors and attending were great! But I would never return to this particular location at 4211 N Cicero. The owner of the parking lot has security installing boots on cars that are partially parked on a yellow parking stripe. $170. To remove the boot! Reprehensible is the only word that comes to mind. The owner of this building should go to jail for his behavior!!!

They could improve their billing practices finally got my insurance to pay my claim that I originally paid out of pocket and needed to be reimbursed almost $300 and they told me that $173 was applied to an open bill that my insurance denied that is not right they should ask before taking my money now I have to go through this whole process again because I have to send my insurance a form and then they will pay the claim so they will hear from me again. I loved the west loop office but I will never go back because the billing department. I did not want to pay out of pocket and told me that I could not speak with a manager I have to email something an email address. WORST BILLING PRACTICES
I shouldnt be billed to have a Covid19 test when Im an essential health care worker who barely makes enough to get by. You people are a cheap excuse for a medical service. The people were nice. Your business practices are garbage. Youre not part of public health. Your part of for profit health. And I find that to be a trashy thing to do and you should be ashamed of this.

Dont waste your time going here during the Covid19 pandemic, how is it their advertising rapid covid test but refuse to give xrays to check for phenomena because its a symptom of Covid19. they also push for immediate payment if they dont take your insurance. well we can swipe a credit card, no how about you bill me and Ill bill my insurance company since thats what we pay insurance for!
My son had an injured arm and we went in for an xray (505 W Cleveland Rd, Mishawaka, IN). The doctor took an xray and it showed no break. She then stated that it could still be broken and we needed to come back for a recheck in ten days to do another xray. I specifically asked if there would be another $50 charge as I would rather go to my own doctor if there would be a charge. Obviously, my doctor would be less costly, she specifically stated there would be no charge for a recheck. A few weeks later we get a bill in the mail for $50. Seriously! Then in talking to the billing company she lies and states she never said that. Yes, you did. I would NEVER have come back to pay more than what I would have at my doctor. I would NEVER go back to this place. After all was said and done it cost MORE than a trip to the ER. And to top it off, when we even went in for this recheck appointment their xray machine wasnt even working and we had to travel to another location to have it checked. We were billed for this appointment that didnt even include the xray.
Update: They did remove this charge indicating it was an error after I contacted them. My care was good but found their after hour charge, which was never stated on their website or clarified when I signed in, outrageous. I was charged triple what my expected urgent care co pay is for what they claimed as after hour charges. This is gouging at its finest. What is urgent care but care after hours ? Urgent care defined: If your regular physician is closed but you do not need emergency care, then an urgent care center is a good choice. They provide extended hours and, in most areas of the country, offer convenient locations for patients. You all should be ashamed of this hidden practice. I will never return and I will let everyone I know of my experience with your billing practice.
On vacation in Chicago. It became obvious yesterday my cold was now something else. With to 6140 N Broadway clinic and they xrayed, diagnosed, presumed meds in less than an hour. And I’m recovering now. Great care. Thank you.
They denied me because of a previous bill of $40.00 dollars . They will not take my Stitches out, so what do I do ,they should have told me this before they put the Stitches in
I have been to the Norridge Clinic, twice, and both times the wait time was less than 15 minutes and we were thoroughly taken care of with all the right questions asked. They gave us text messages with a follow up date and made sure all of our concerns were met. Medication RX was called into our pharmacy for pick up. I highly recommend PIC when your need is not an emergency, but urgent enough to seek care.
I made an appointment to for my daughter to be seen at 10am. I got there at 9:40am and the lady at the front desk said it would be a 2 hour wait. I told her I had an Appointment and she still said it was going to be a wait. She then told my appointment wasn’t until 11:30. I told her no it’s 10am and showed her the text and email. She said well we pushed it back. TF?? I received no text or call just basically wasted gas. No apology or nothing. The lil girl at the front desk was rude. Go to Midwest clinic in Schererville. They were so nice and took my Daughter in immediately

worst place Ive ever been. I hate that the company I work for makes me go here. the bolingbrook location is closest to me. Ive had to go there several times in the past year and a half. last time being today. waited 2 hours for a TB, flu and fit test. none of which needed to be done by a physician. all I needed was a PCT and they were all on phones standing around the desk when I was finally called back. just the documentation and payment took them an hour to do and Im self pay. I dont use my insurance for this stuff. I specifically said that if they needed to call my company or use their request I would leave and go somewhere else bc Im leaving the company but since Im a nurse I still need these done. and they STILL called my old company. very unhappy and always am every time I step in the door. and IM A NURSE. my patients would be fuming if they needed help and it took me 2 hrs.
I checked in at 2:13 PM. There was four people in front of me. I was called back at 4:10!!!! And I am still in a room!!! It is now 6:45! I have been prepped for surgery had surgery and been out of recovery and headed home in less time! This is absolutely the worst worst worst!
Horrible place what a rip off. I have to pay $300 just because they did a test for the flu. Unbelievable. And all they prescribe is the same thing to everyone. Never going to one of these things again.
