The Carle Foundation Hospital does not have an adequate amount of comments to generate the sentiment analysis.
This is my very first experience in US to go to an health care provider. I was nervous. However, I was received very well, signed up quickly and was helpful. I was escorted to a waiting area and Katie (nurse) came within a minute and was very sweet, nice and made me comfortable. Took initial readings and samples for test and then provider(forgot the name, sorry) walked in and is very too. Very good experience and quite impressed. Thanks Katie and Carle!
They do a good job taking care of my grandma.
Carle Hospital as a whole is a really good hospital. There are always a few bad apples though. Dr. Rauther is especially horrible. In my opinion , she should be fired on the spot. I'm not sure why she is still there after all these years. I've even asked personal friends and they don't even have anything good to say about her.
I could not have asked for better care in the ER yesterday. I was very anxious and in a lot of pain, and even though I was being a bit tough to talk to while the doctors were trying to help me, they were extremely understanding and professional. It was evident that they really cared about my health and how I felt about what was happening to me. My doctor, Dr. Quirke, I believe, was so kind in explaining everything in detail to make me less anxious, and giving me space and time to make decisions about what I should do next. My nurses and techs were also very kind and patient, and the lady who operated my CT scan was also fantastic. They were very adamant on finding out what was wrong with me, and eventually it was all sorted out. Being in the ER sucks, being in pain sucks, but I am really really thankful for the care I received while I was there. Many thanks to my nurses, techs, and doctor. I could not recommend Carle enough if you are unfortunate enough to need to go to the ER!
i was born here my parents said it was good experience. I moved to Canada and we have free health care so yea U.S do the same. who thought 13 years later im reviewing were i was born.

they were fantastic! the staff is amazing and my nurse was excellent! she deserves a raise! thank you carle!!
my 2 year old grandson had to get stitches. the staff was amazing. my grandson did not cry 1 time. thank you for making this a non traumatizing experience
Carle has the best doctors but I am very upset at what happened today. I dropped my motherinlaw off at the ER knowing security could wheel her in a wheelchair to where she needed to go. I leave her to park my car. My motherinlaw told the lady at the first check point that she needed to use the bathroom. The lady at the checkpoint tells her they are outside. So, my motherinlaw had to use the porta toilet outside in the construction area. Really Carle, is this how you treat your patients? My motherinlaw had oxygen of 79 and was struggling to breathe. I asked these workers who interacted with her, what were you thinking treating a patient like that? Their response, sorry we did not know she was a patient. I am so disappointed in Carle right now.
Quality care but customer service and wait time has deteriorated in last couple of years.

All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
