I have to take my parents to their appointments with him and he is constantly late. I mean at least 45 minutes late and most of the time it is at least an hour after your appointment time before you ever see him. He needs to learn that his time is just as valuable as others.

My mom is in an assisted living that Dr. Gallanosa is suppose to service, She has been there since July 1 , 2021. She is incontinent yet he denies her script for her supplies making a big X and saying she is not my patient on the script. This is not ok! If I could give him a 0 stars it would still be too high. I have tried to call his office only to be told they don't deal with the assisted living there and asked for a call from him to myself and of course no return phone call. Disappointing!

I love dr gallanosa my whole family has been seeing him for about 20 years now he's the best dr and his staff is always nice as well I just want to say thank you all for helping my family and I hope we'll be your Patients as long as your Practicing medicine

Dr Gallanosa is an excellent doctor. Very intelligent and caring. He really truly cares about his patients. Never rushes me out the door. His nurse' are so patient and kind. They always have smiles on their face. There the ones who actually greet me.I would recommend everyone to go to him. But it's his front staff that is a problem you would have to learn to put up with as they run the office which is unfortunate. Be aware majority of the front staff (receptionists) are very rude and impatient.

Dr Gallanosa is an excellent, trustworthy, intelligent doctor. He truly cares about his patients and is always honest. He spends adequate time with me. The back staff such as his nurses, are professional, patient, and understanding. The nurses on staff are pleasant at all times. Very welcoming. Highly recommend people to seek care with Dr. Gallanosa. On the downside, his front staff is a problem. They rarely ever great patients, unwelcoming, and some have bad attitudes. Some are very rude, impatient and shouldn't be working in the medical field at all. Try to get on there good side because if not, you will be a high target and they will make your life stressful.

Doctor Gallanosa is an excellent doctor. Works with me very well. His front staff are completely rude, incompetent, and just not pleasant people to deal with. His Back staff (nurse) are great!! Just wish front staff had training to deal with patients. They have no clue how to handle patients. Not even a simple hello or welcome is mentioned when you walk in. Changes need to be made with front staff as the my literally run this office and if they don't like you, your going to wait a long time to be seen by the doctor. Its pretty sad.
