I honestly wouldn't even give them any stars. They don't know much about autistic children. They will lie and they will breach the patient therapist confidentiality. Do not take your kids there!!!

A great place to go for mental health, and an awesome staff!!!! I’m very impressed with the resources they have, and how professional staff are A+. 5 stars for aspire!!!

Had to wait for customer service to pick up a line only to get hung up on after waiting 20 minutes what a run around I only wanted to know when my appointment was ?

Worst treatment I have ever received in my entire life. Huge waste of time & money. These people do not care about you, only what you can provide financially. I was misdiagnosed with multiple things just so these people could take more money from me & then proceeded to be neglectful with meds they gave me. I could go on & on. I wouldn’t even give this a damn star but it’s the only way to leave a review to WARN others.

I have worked in healthcare for years and have never been treated as poorly as I was here. My therapist was great but unfortunately their front office staff does not know what they're doing. I'm sad to leave but I drove out there twice and wasted my time. The first time I was told DBT therapy was cancelled due to the therapist having car issues. I then received a letter a week later saying I was a no call no show. Mind you, when I checked in that day they didnt bother to ask for any identification questions to know if it was pertaining to me.The second time I came in I told them again was here for DBT orientation. I sat in the waiting room for 25 minutes and went back to the front desk to check what was going on. They had told me they checked me in for the wrong thing. Which they only verified my date of birth when I checked in so who knows who they were checking in or if they even cared to make sure it was the correct person. They then asked me to come back at 2 pm that day after I told them I drive 30 minutes one way just to get to these appointments. I have already wasted two trips and will not do it again. They need to learn to take ownership for their actions. Trying to maintain your mental health with an inconsistent staff is not doable. They are working with people who deserve patience, care, and compassion. If you don't enjoy what you do choose something else.

Its a joke. They throw you in a group. Everyone that walks out the door is mad about something in the group or about the group. Ive tried twice and i see why i quit the first time. It used to be one on one before it was aspire. Only peope go, are the ones in trouble.

I absolutely love this place. Great staff friendly service. And I genuinely care for their patients. They do everything they can to accommodate you in your time of need. If you need help this is the place to get it you heard it from your local guide Cooper.
